[Video] Texas Elementary School Student Suspended for Gun Gestures With Fingers May 3 2014 by Dan Cannon Share This Post

Here we go again, and in Texas of all places. More anti-gun hysteria in our public schools.

In this case, two elementary school students were given 1.5 days of in school suspension for pointing their fingers like guns during recess.

The school claims the incident was “more serious than horseplay,” whatever that means.

The mother of one of the children spoke out against the suspension to a local Fox affiliate,

She said, “I asked them if they were serious and then I laughed.”

This is pretty much as close as we’ve gotten to suspending children for having an imagination. This is just the latest example of the zero tolerance hysteria which has swept our nation’s schools.

Check out our article, The Plan to Disarm America Within Two Generations is Happening RIGHT NOW for more details on how these school policies will be the downfall of the Second Amendment.

. My guess is that a Commissar from the People’s Republic of Austin, and a graduate of UT-Austin, aka Pyongyang On The Colorado, is running the skool.

Likely **every** K-12 school ( private and government) in this nation is run by a person like this.

Nearly every teacher in this nation was trained by godless Marxists!

Yet...conservatives are asleep.

“This is pretty much as close as we’ve gotten to suspending children for having an imagination”.

We used to have a kid who rode around the playground at recess riding his imaginary horse, holding his imaginary tomahawk, hooping and hollering, and trying to scalp us. We responded by shooting him out of the saddle with guess what - an imaginary gun.

Little did we know that we were exercising our right to carry in the first grade. Yes, I know, we were racist for shooting imaginary Indians (feather, not dot)!

Some of us were also G-men back when G represented the good in government.

Cypress-Fairbanks ISD did the same thing back in April.

Here is a link to many stories regarding these suspensions across the USA.
Happening more than most of us may realize.

“And you know that because?…….”

I do my homework. Are you telling me that teachers are educated DIFFERENTLY in Texas and the vast majority DO NOT go through accredited “Schools of Education” or “Teachers’ Colleges”?

Come on...

Why doesn’t that kind of thing ever happen?

I have come to believe that Texas is no longer a solid red state; the liberal cancer exists there as well in the big cities and is gaining ground. The only way to ensure Texas sovereignty from the rat cancer is to demand a political party card check at the border, and all rats are forbidden entry into the state. Yeh, that’ll happen.

Absolutely!

It’s time that the border patrol protect Texas from the influx of illegals coming in.

Of course, I have read that bammy is wanting to give them all amnesty!

Why wouldn’t he? He knows that they will all vote liberal…..

I wouldn’t just blame the teachers. A lot of teachers hate this. They simply have no choice, because they are governed by the same rules. Some administrators also don’t like this, but they are also required to follow the rules.

I mean, there clearly are people who are in charge, but it isn’t always who you think.

My daughter was suspended once for “threats”. She was in a psych class, and the teacher asked everybody to write down on a piece of paper what they would do if there were “no consequences”. My daughter is a fan of serial killer lore, so she wrote “mass murder”. Other kids wrote other criminal activity, including streaking in the school, or robbing a twinkie truck, or robbing a bank.

The teacher read them all out loud, including my daughters. She asked who wrote it, and my daughter told her. She said it wasn’t a problem because she knew my daughter.

But unfortunately, some kid told their parents, the parent called the school, and the school decided it was a “threat”. She was suspended, they did a full investigation, they send a nice police officer to our house (where I sat in on the interview and didn’t let him search, and he said the whole thing was stupid — of course, I was fortunate that I didn’t actually own a gun).

I appealed the whole thing, and eventually got her record expunged, although in the interim they removed the “threat” but kept a stupid charge of “improper conduct”.

At one point I showed a board member a video of a school-sanctioned event, where a group of cheerleaders with a cardboard box ran over a student pretending to be from the rival school playing their mascot. I told him that it was ridiculous that my daughter was being punished for truthfully answering a question posed by a teacher for a class, while the school was using vehicular homicide for a pep rally.

He was on my side, but couldn’t do much either on his own.

My son was suspended for a day when he was in first grade for pretending his arm was a rifle. At the time, I didn’t fight much because we were doing through the DC sniper stuff, and tensions were extremely high because people are idiots — like the schools were on lockdown, no playing outside, nobody in the library where there were windows.

They simply have no choice,
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

No one is holding a gun to the heads of these teachers. They **WILLING** go to work every day and implement policies that they KNOW will **HURT** children.

They do it for money!

I do not respect that. I hold them in contempt!
