If you’ve ever contributed financially to a Conservative non-profit organization, your odds of being audited by the IRS have jumped significantly.
Congressional investigators have found that, from the donor lists the IRS was able to illegally procure from conservative groups seeking tax-exemption, almost one in ten of the names listed were audited by the IRS. Given that the IRS audited less than one percent of all tax returns — the lowest percentage in years — the odds of these audits being purely coincidental are negligibly low.
This news proves that the IRS scandal goes far above and beyond the Cincinnati IRS office and even Lois Lerner and her Exempt Organizations office. Prejudicial government targeting of conservative activists during the 2010 and 2012 elections spread systemically through the entire IRS hierarchy.
How else could the donor documentation have found its way from Lois Lerner’s office to the IRS’s auditors? Lois Lerner was complicit with, if not the leader of, political targeting within the federal government’s tax collection arm, compromising its very integrity.

The problem I see, is that there is no written law that really defines her issue. Congress wrote vague rules over 501c4 situations. They left it to the President, his staff, and the IRS folks to make the operational rules. There’s no doubt that they corrupted themselves...but they wrote their own version of the operations.
Frankly, if anything...it gives us a dynamic view of how IRS is screwed up and likely needs to be abolished. To make a simple tax code...maybe eight pages, and set everyone (to include industry, churches, charity groups, etc) to some type of tax. No credits for anyone...everyone pays some percentage.
I’m sure Kickass Conservative will see this as another “laughable” and “sad” right wing conspiracy theory.

America is preparing to fight Obama Fascism. Lets pray that the conservative Tea Party wing of the GOP actually stay their course and prevail. Many IRS employees and Obama apparatchiks must be tried and jailed, and may Obama be impeached with a great deal of prejudice.

The Framers gave us peaceful means in Article V to reclaim republican freedoms, meaning power must once again be divided between the states and the federal government they created.
As long as power remains consolidated in DC among a prez, nine blackrobes, and a 535 demagogues in congress, there is no stopping our headlong dive into tyranny.

I agree, and Obama and his apparatchiks would like nothing better than an excuse to declare martial law , delaying elections as long as possible. Unfortunately history not infrequently dictates that the free must preserve their freedoms by fighting for them, and in this our politicioans have been more than remiss. They only have a couple of more chances to get that right, before the crisis will come.

The day of rebellion is coming folks and not too far down the road. The American people have had just about enough of the corrupt gubmint hacks that sit on both sides of the aisle. Who is really acting on behalf of the people instead of posturing for personal gain? Unfortunately all too few. Politicians know that the people are angry and seem to WANT the second revolution to start. Ask yourself why all the military type vehicles and armor positioned in all major cities and “bergs”? Why all the unnecessary ammunition for all the various gubmint agencies? The pot is starting to boil and soon will boil over, the gubmint is prepared, are the people?
