If you can find Garrison Brothers bourbon, buy it. Best out there and made in Texas.

The apocalypse is looming, explains Esquire

An apocalypse is a disclosure or a revelation.

Just stop drinking whiskey is a cheaper solution. Nasty tasting stuff anyhow.

I’m strictly a beer drinker, so this doesn’t affect me in the least.

I’ll make my own before I go to Old Crow. See if you can find Pappy Van Winkles and get back to me. That’s bourbon.

I’m partial to Four Roses, but I’ll look for some Garrison Bros.

That’s easy, the stuff they intend to sell at 7, 10 and 12 isn’t the stuff they didn’t sell at 2, 3 and 5. They set the barrels aside for the various times they intend to open them. There’s a lot of long term planning and self control in the whiskey business, clearly not something I’m cut out for.

No harm in offering a sensible solution. And people will save money that would otherwise be spent on vile-tasting rotted grain runoff. Win-win all around!

Not really. We have been through that mentality in the 20’s.

Let people live, I don’t need rules of my God given fruit to live by.

Jesus had much alcohol provided at his dinner events.

It holds up very well against the giants.

I agree, it can be done. My favorite table whiskey is John Jacob Rye, aged three years. Best thing those commies in Fremont ever made.

I saw a bottle being sold on the internet for $300.

Hmmm, you need to find a better class of aficionados to be associated with.

About 20 years ago, somebody was trying to sell a 6-pack of Billy Beer for $1200. Beer collectors came out of the woodwork to put 6-packs up for sale at something like $6 to help more reflect it's real value.

I take it nobody is stepping up to help lower the price?
