We dont have to choose between the health of our economy and the health of our children, Obama said in his weekly address. As president and as a parent, I refuse to condemn our children to a planet thats beyond fixing.(continued)

Why doesn’t he simply shut all the coal plants down, then we would all have perfect health immediately. Pray for guidance.

Eventually, he’s in for a huge shock.

And he won’t find 72 virgins waiting for him either.

Putting another 1/2 million out of work will guarantee just the opposite.

Yet Obama has no problem selling that coal to China where they have no pollution controls at all. We get the same CO2, except that we get acid rain as a bonus.

Obama suggests his upcoming rule on coal plants will avert long-term health crisis Sure. When you can't afford power or health care your health crisis will be very short-term.

Well, everyone east of the Mississippi should get more sleep. They won’t be watching TV or using the internet late at night because electricity will be too expensive. It may be rationed, as it is in many countries ruled by inept dictators.

This is beyond idiotic and pathetic. Man simply has no jurisdiction over the Earth and its climate.
Hundreds are going to freeze to death next winter. Bank on it.

Well 292 coal fired power plants is a good start. If you are not looking at an alternative electrical system you will shortly be spending quality time with your family and pets in the dark.

If we had a congress with any cajones, they would stop all funding of the EPA if king obama end runs them with this nonsense. Same with the IRS and DOJ for failing to comply with request for information on ongoing scandals. Enough is enough.

If Obama was smart, he would issue a concurrent EO outlawing the coming winter.
That should take care of that...

I wonder how the environmentalist can explain to us why the earth did not melt from the mid 1800's thru the early 1960's? All cities north of Florida and east of the Mississippi used coal fired boilers to heat all commercial buildings including hotels, schools, stores, hospitals, etc., as well as many if not most residence had coal or coal oil furnaces.
Ceil Heat didn't really take off till the 1950's in homes and mainly in more warmer climates south of the Mason-Dixon. Natural Gas caught on for the most part in the 1970's. I wonder if "Oh Great One" can enlighten us on this one? :>}

The 0bamas should be required to be on 100 percent wind power or nothing at all. Let them go on theoir million dollar teips on wind power. Let them survive next winter on wind power. I say wind power or nothing for the stupid that voted for zero as well.
