LOL well they wanted him punished.
Yeah! Why should Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton be the only ones rewarded for racism.
Just like when Zimmerman sold that painting.
He who laughs last, laughs best
Meanwhile the PC panderers at the NBA continue to alienate what little fanbase it has left
Sterling played these leftscum. And they are just figuring it out now? Guess I should have said leftards...
“But Sterling’s net worth will go down after the tax man gets done with him”
Actually, because it is a forced sale, different tax rules apply. If Sterling’s lawyers are any good (and they are), those rules may put another $300,000,000 in his pocket.
Ya got played, leftards.
Boo hoo
No such thing as bad publicity
Liberalism always has unintended consequences...
“You don’t deserve the $2 billion, but a generous contribution to (insert left wing group here) will make things right again.”
So he SHOULDN’T have been forced out??? Or do they think that people’s worldly goods should be confiscated for the crime of disagreeing with them, or of being politically incorrect?
Why is ‘somebody said something,’ regardless of how stupid or inane, actionable or even worthy of national news?
He thinks they should be confiscated and handed over to black people.
Maybe they can get Obama to use the IRS to punish him,
like they punished the guy who made that video that got Hillary and Susan Rice in hot water.
Envy, envy, envy. They got what they wanted but as usual, the thought process wasn’t carried out quite as far the geniuses thought it needed to be. It’s none of their business and they can eat dogturds as far as I’m concerned.
Being a racist might mean you can no longer be a member of a private association of sports franchises, but it does not mean people are free to steal your property. Sterling can sell his team for whatever the market will bear, and it appears he set a benchmark price for a team which has been very bad for most of my life - I remember seeing the Clippers suck down in San Diego. As for Ballmer, his assurance that he will not move the Clippers must be quite a blow to the folks in Seattle, who unfairly lost the Sonics to Oklahoma City.
I'm thinking 200-250 million.
They threw him into the briar patch.
Plus another Billion Dollars for the lawsuit he’s gonna file against the NBA.
Silver screwed the pooch when he went after Sterling. The big issue is the anti-trust part of the lawsuit. No tip toeing through the tulips there. Sterling just let the bull lose in the NBA china shop. Time to buy stock in a popcorn company.
Silver may be gay but he won’t enjoy getting reamed by the other NBA owners.
