With all the scandals, babies crawling across the border, IRS, V.A, Bengahzi, AP reporters being tapped, James Rosen being accused of spying, fast and furious, Bergdahl for terrorist commanders, indecision on foreign affairs, indecision on domestic affairs, ie. Keystone, etc.

If we ever got even close to Boehner being considered for the Top Spot, my guess is John Boehner himself would sabotage his chances by saying over the top ridiculous remarks against other republicans. He might not even realize he is doing it, this burning of one’s own bridges. In some ways, this behavior of slamming your party brothers, is what sunk Romney.
Have you been paying attention to how much a woosie Boehner is?
The real question is, in an alternate reality where we had enough senators to oust Obama, would John Boehner be Speaker of the House (and thus third in line)?

That's the point of #8.
Namely, we're screwed because the Community Organizer has figured out he doesn't need to obey the law as long as there are not 67 republican senators. But what if there were? Then we're still screwed, LOL, because the RINO from Ohio assumes office (after disposing of Slow Joe in the interim — if you have a majority of the House and two thirds of the Senate, you are entitled to do that — merely having served as Obama's VP constitutes at least a misdemeanor, if not a high crime).
What we are up against is not a problem with one man, it's with the tens of millions of Americans who voted for him and the apparat that supports him. Impeach, convict, and remove, and you've still got the problem.

I am getting firmer in my belief that Biden is no idiot. Stop laughing and listen for a second.
Biden wants the top slot. The only way he has any practical chance at all is if Hillary goes down in flames, or if he rolls into 2016 as the acting President, with the usual incumbent advantage.
Accepting that as true, do you not find that there are high level leaks which are suspiciously well timed? That Slow-Joe’s gaffes look remarkably well scripted for someone supposedly two steps above a head of lettuce in the brains department?
You need 67 Senators to convict Obama. Do you really think that there are not Democrats who would actually go for it if they wee given a nod and a wink by the guy who will be sitting in the Oval office if Obama is ousted? Don’t know about you, but I have been noting Dem names who are voting against the Worm - and most of them are, in some way or another, beholden to Biden.
