My ex girlfriend was a Miss Philippines 1993, and boy, did she know how to show it. I really miss that one.

a lot of Filipina's are 4 foot nuthin' ....
not really, but 4' 10" - 5' 2"" is about average.
When Filipina's come into contact with other peoples and especially westerners and Europeans ... they feel very small ... thus .... the shoes.

Yeah. Like going to a Miss Haiti pageant, and the winners are Dominicans or Puerto Ricans.

My Filipina wife is 5’2”, 106 lbs .... saves me a TON of money on clothes we buy in the girls’ department and sale racks.

"But those shoes make them look like they have club feet — particularly the one in red." That's the current trend. High heel pumps are heavy and clunky with thick platform soles. I think they're very ugly. They defeat the purpose of wearing a feminine heeled shoe.
