RUSH: You know, Mrs. Clinton just continues to step in it. She didn't do anything recently. It's just another bit of news from the Ed Klein book, Blood Clot, has been revealed. Apparently Hillary was having lunch with some girlfriends up in Chappaqua one day after she had left the State Department. According to the Ed Klein book, all of Hillary's girlfriends were asking her, "What is Obama really like? " and she just launched.
According to the book, she said, "He's not there half the time. There's no hand on the tiller of this country. He's incompetent. He's a phony." She made it clear that she has no respect for Obama at all (this is in the Klein book) and she said that they made a deal with Obama that Bill would help Obama in 2012 if Obama would pay them back and help Hillary campaign in 2016.
Now Obama has basically said he's not gonna do that, and the Clintons feel betrayed, so she was just unloading on Obama. And this is gonna get out. I mean, I ran across it in the Ed Klein book and others will see it when it's run across. And the Clintons just can't pull their foot out of that bucket of excrement regarding their wealth, and people are now covering it.

Hillary criticizing and distancing herself from Obama is a good thing for her. Why does Rush think that Hillary is "stepping in it" when she does that??
A competent Republican Party, a Republican Party that really wanted to win, would be able to turn this nasty little fight to their own advantage, in a big way.
They won't, though. You can guess why.

Because this is highlighting a big split within the Dem party. Obama carries a great deal of power within the party and you don’t want him sabotaging you behind your back.
Obama is just the type of person to willfully undermine Hillary’s campaign and let the Rep win, just to get back at the Clinton’s.
He doesn’t want her overshadowing him or his presidency and stealing the limelight by being the first woman president.
Obama can be very dangerous for Hillary.

Have Biden do a Vince Foster, Web Hubbel, or the Whitewater real estate developer... can’t thing of his name.
Hillary gets appointed as VP.... And O’Bummer goes down!
The other option is, O’bummer goes down, Biden steps in, Hillary fills his slot and he goes down.
Either way, Biden is in the same spot as Spiro Agnew!

I believe the 35% who still approve of Obama will still vote for Hillary no matter how much she criticizes Obama. It's the additional 16% that she needs and she is trying to get the additional 16% by going after Obama.
This is not an example of Hillary "stepping in it". This is an example of Hillary trying to do what she needs to do to get elected.
Rush broadcasting across the country that Hillary hates Obama is only helping Hillary.
The Clintons love playing the phony triangulation card. This will not spilt the Democrat party. All of them -- every last stinkin' one of them -- will vote for Hillary.
Hillary is trying to appear more centrist. This is her message and Rush is pushing it.
These guys have been condemned to purgatory and as they are brought in, sees everyone standing around knee-deep in excrement drinking coffee.
Says to his buddy, "Hey, it's not that bad as we were given to think. I can handle this." That's when the announcement is heard.

There’s an excellent and very critical piece about Hillary in today’s WSJ - by Peggy Noonan! She fully and sarcastically exposes Hillary’s hypocrisy and greed.
If Hillary has lost the formerly sympathetic Noonan, she should just call it quits.
So she is admitting that BOzo is a token president.
