So? What proof can they get that persons did in fact delete the emails. Because it looks suspicious will never pass the mustard. Formatting a hard drive destroys all data. But on the other hand it is puzzling that this hard drive contained just certain emails in question but nothing else was on the drive?
Just wait til the courts hand this over to Holder to pursue ... and wait .... and wait ....

I have been co-counsel with them and got to know them. They are very good at FOIA and have had good success with FOIA cases.
I could really use your help on FOIA. I am awfully close to having the goods on Harry Reid, laid out in my book “Harry: Money, Mob and Influence” (I’m doing an extensive update now). It is extremely scary stuff, if you saw the movie Casino you will know why. Investigations and reports were done on Reid around 1980 that if released would likely break open a hornet’s nest. I can’t be doing this alone anymore, the people I still need to interview are all killers. Suggestions appreciated.
