Obama: Don’t Make It ‘Harder for the Best and the Brightest to Come Here’

Celebrating the ethnic diversity of America, President Barack Obama said more than two dozen foreign-born service members who became U.S. citizens at a White House ceremony on the Fourth of July are vivid reminders that the country is, and always has been, a nation of immigrants.

He said the vast range of backgrounds and experiences that made America a melting pot for more than 200 years also makes it stronger, but that the immigration system has to be retooled for the U.S. to keep its place as the greatest nation on earth.

"If we want to keep attracting the best and the brightest from beyond our shores, we're going to have to fix our immigration system, which is broken," Obama said...

You do not believe that 3-year-olds are their best and brightest? How about 5-year-olds? ...seven?

The Democrat Party is not only a criminal enterprise, it is the largest pack of liars and deceivers in my lifetime. JFK could not get to 1st base in the Democrap Socialist Party today. Like the Party in the USSR, the Party is always right, and the country be d@mned! AND, as MinuteGal posted, a lot of talk but who is advocating doing something decisive to put an end to this?

I fear this is the beginning of the end of our Republic unless some miraculous force intervenes.

First time in years of voting that I went to polling place and it was filled with middle school students and obvious people who should not be there. Same happened a few years back when we had an initiative that affected school teacher unions. Under 16 year olds in the polls! Both times all were Hispanic kids. (ACORN???)
