That video won’t play for me.

The oft viewed video of the MA JBTs hauling out innocent people from their homes at gunpoint. AND NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT.

In New Jersey carry permits are based upon your “proving a need” to carry. Unless you are “connected” the proof is never sufficient. What do they fail to comprehend about “shall not be infringed”?

That statue needs to be removed. And the USS Constitution needs to be moved further south to Virginia, Wilmington, Charleston or Savannah.

Have been invited by my sister to move to California. Told her the chances of my doing that we’re about the same as Hell freezing over.

I met a woman who was living in California (long story, not relevant here). Early in our relationship I told her I couldn't move to CA, since half my guns were illegal there. She agreed to marry me and move to Ohio. My engagement present to her was a Ruger .357 revolver, and she's now an avid gunner with her own CCW.

,,,, the British once attempted to take away the arms of the American colonist ,,, Hitler succeeded in disarming his population ,, the rest is history . It’s up to all patriotic Americans to decide which way they prefer to live .

SCOTUS shot down (no pun intended) a very similar law just a couple of years ago.

The issuance of either Class A or Class B LTC is ALREADY totally discretionary.

It’s the FID card - which you need for a BB gun, or mace, as well as any (not banned) long gun - that is now “shall issue”, this law would put the FID card under the same regime as the LTC.

By the way, I have a non-resident Class A LTC and the people at the Firearms Records Bureau have been nothing but pleasant and helpful to deal with.
