I would say simply that only a Republican President would ever be impeached.
It has some similarities to the shutdown-shannagans: close to zero chance of success, pretty much everyone knows it, but we must all say it can work anyway to pass a loyalty test.
Levin has been ranting on impeachment now for days, he says James Madision and the founders left him a note from hundreds of years ago telling him the constitution says Republicans must impeach Obama, just like it said they must shutdown the government and claim that they are against shutdowns.
One interesting difference, on impeachment Ted Cruz is a not joining in on this one. He obviously has his sights on more than just being another ranting talk radio host.
Oh, well THAT explains it. If ole Mark told people to jump off a cliff, I wonder how many corpses would be on the bottom the next day.

Good for Ted Cruz, I was disappointed when did join in on Levin's repeal the 17th BS, (Which would have resulted in the election of his RINO opponent, Dewhurst, who was backed by almost every Republican in the state legislature).
