The Neo-Nazis of America

Here's a scary sociological experiment: If Obama announced tomorrow he was temporarily removing Republicans/Conservatives from Congress and the Courts to make the necessary changes to better America in the name of the "common good", what percentage of his party would oppose such a move? Being the rabid left and media actually believes the ends justify the means, would it be under 30%? Disturbing to say the least. If Obama said he was permanently baring Republicans from Government to grant Amnesty, fully implement Obamacare and gun control, address Global Warming, end Capitalism, amend the Constitution, and would subsequently place any and all Tea Party members who spoke out against these changes in intern camps, what percentage of Democrats would oppose it? Dare I say under 50%? It's scary to think, not even a 100 years removed from the Holocaust, the masses could be so easily brainwashed by propaganda and convinced to support such obvious radicalism. This is how much Barack Hussein Obama has divided, incited, and fundamentally malformed the "last, best hope of mankind" with his demagoguery and hate.

I’m old enough to remember a time when most elected Democrat officials were either patriotic Americans and anti-Communists, or at least they made an effort to pretend that they were.

Sadly, those days are long gone...

Agreed. Democrats are no longer patriotic or anti-Communist. Sad. John F. Kennedy would be ashamed.

Honestly, that wouldn’t surprise me. Scary to say the least.

“I’m old enough to remember a time when most elected Democrat officials were either patriotic Americans and anti-Communists”

I’d say that was true until at least 1974. Jimmy Carter was the last straw for many of them. Ronald Reagan would get their vote in 1980.

I suspect that you remember Jeanne Kirkpatrick’s excellent speech about ‘San Francisco Democrats’ at the Republican Convention. It ought to be required reading:

Makes you feel nostalgic for Truman or Kennedy, which I must admit, I never was old enough to remember. (Reagan Baby)

I believed they polled MSNBC employees and it was 100%.

John and Bobby Kennedy, Hubert Humphrey, and Henry Jackson were entirely different types of Democrats, but then that’s why we became Republicans.

You guys have faulty memories. When Joseph McCarthy tried to purge the State Dept. of commies, the 'rats tried to stop him at every turn by making McCarthy the defendant. When Whittaker Chambers made his accusations against Alger Hiss, The Truman White House investigated Chambers and circled the wagons around their boy Hiss. Oh there were a few rats who were on the right side, but the rats have been soft on protecting America for quite some time.

I would be surprised if more than 10% made more than token objections.

In 1933 the German parliament passed the Enabling Act as an emergency measure “to Remedy the Distress of the People and the State.” It allowed the govt to pass laws without parliamentary consent. It only took a few months for Hitler to become de facto dictator of Germany. Obama is doing the same thing, but in a more kind and gentle way: one law at a time via executive actions all purported to help the country. Make no mistake, the result will be the same.

Each law that he illegally creates furthers the precedent. After 5+ years of doing it with no consequences it has become accepted by the idiot masses and push back becomes ever more difficult.

Be a dream come true for a lot of other folks, I suspect. Who have been murderously champing at the patriot bit in fury for over twenty years.

Not all would agree with this—The south would rebel and form a new Confederacy—the Consitutional States of America. So we would have CW II. Alaska would break free and form the Independent Republic of Alaska—with President Palin—under the protection of Russia. So to would Hawaiian Islands—becoming the Kingdom of Hawaii once again under the protection of China. America would come to a sudden end to become a second rate European like state—living in the shadow of her past.
