"On August 29, 2013, U.S. District Judge S. James Otero entered a Federal Judgment against the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Eric K. Shinseki, and his Los Angeles VA executive director, Donna M. Beiter, for engaging in nine separate illegal real estate dealings. Shinseki and Beiter dared to appeal the judgment “using the full force and power of the United States and the Department of Justice”..."But, I thought the media and beltway mouthpieces told us Eric K. Shinseki was a saint!
