South Park's (Matt Stone and Trey Parker) done it more than once (see, e.g., Cartoon Wars I, Cartoon Wars II, '200', and Episode 201); however, Comedy Central has censored the image of Muhammad, censored dialog, and censored the name 'Muhammad'.

Comedy Central had the intestinal fortitude to admit that its decision was due to fear of being 'blown up' rather than for respect of religious beliefs.

Muhammed was not censored during an earlier episode of South Park.
