In Soviet Russia for a period of four years a great terror overcame the communist party in what later became known as the great purge. It was the culmination of years of social engineering ending in the consolidation of Stalin’s brand of communism having ultimate power. We are seeing something very similar happening in the democrat party today. After six years of “change” the Chicago progressives want to consolidate their power for the 2016 run at the presidency.

While hoping Hillary was safely tucked away at the State Department a coordinated attack against her biggest donors like Wal-Mart, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and various members of the one percent was orchestrated. Since that time things have gotten progressively worse. In December of last year she was broadly lambasted for saying we should empathize with our enemies. Highlighting her out of hipness was a college video showing student’s surprise at Clinton’s age and having not driven a car since 1996. (Hillary not hip)
This was almost the calm before the storm. While some news asked where Hillary was hiding others pointed to husband Bills romps on Epstein’s “Orgy Island”. Questions were finally being asked about her family foundation and all the foreign donations when she was Secretary. After twenty years of uninterrupted corruption stalwart Hillary supporter Sheldon Silver is indicted for using his position to rake in millions. Coincidentally while Hillary is gearing for her turn at the presidency an Obama appointee (Preet Bharara) and Harvard classmate suddenly find corruption. Indicted for what is common among the democrat party. The message was sent loud and clear, supporting Hillary is not a good career move no matter who you are.
Now Hillary finds herself under attack from former supporters like the New York Times for her e-mail scandal. Under attack for what seems like every government employee under Obama does, which is have a private e-mail to circumvent the Freedom of information laws. She had been using the e-mail hdr22@clintonemail.com since one week before Obama was sworn in. She never had an official State Department e-mail. This latest scandal asks everyone to believe for four years no one at the State Department, the White house, or the press noticed her e-mail was @clintonemail.com and not @state.gov? No one questioned when Guccifer released her e-mails regarding national security with a non-State department employee, Sidney Blumenthal. (Full text)
As the purge continues Hillary supporters are abandoning her like rats off a sinking ship. One of the first off was George Soros’s financed, Bill Clinton defender, Moveon.org. The mad rush now includes the New York Times, New Republic, The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post and even the National Enquirer. Even long time aid Huma Abedin Werner is in the crosshairs. Enquiring minds want to know how she worked for Teneo Holdings and the State Department at the same time. Teneo holding went from an obscure startup in 2011 into a “global advisory company” in a few short years. They could e-mail her at huma@clintonemail.com but would get no reply.
As the progressives roll out each new attack on Clinton her list of supporters grows ever shorter. You can see the fear in democrats when asked to comment on the presumed presidential nominee. The supporters and defenders few they might be, claim everyone does it, others say it must be investigated and the uncommitted claim they haven’t heard or don’t know enough about it to comment. Sooner than they realize they all will have to take a stand.
Hillary will try to fend off all comers but even the “it’s old news” excuse is not gaining traction. The question is who will take her place on the ticket in 2016? Several names have been floated lately, former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley, or even the high priest of global warming Albert Gore. But the big money is on Elizabeth Warren who has kept out of the spotlight by declaring she will not run. The progressives even have a site to draft her to run the country. (Ready for Warren)
Seeing the big picture on the democrat purge might make you quote Hillary and ask “At this point what does it matter?” It will matter to your choices in 2016. Who will right the ship of state after eight years of Obama? Which one is better suited to stand up to our enemies and stand by our allies? Who could be entrusted to spend wisely and prudently our $3.9 trillion dollar budget? Whether it is one of these or another party, sooner rather than later you will have to take a stand.

I must say I’ve been surprised that the media has been pushign this Hillary e-mail story. They have been critical of Hillary. People such as Ed Schulz on MSNBC have been giving lots of air time to this, and have been critical in their commentary.
Is this a drip, drip, drip, constant stream of new scandals involving the Clintons coming out? Is it being orchestrated by powers in the Democrat party who don’t want to see the Clintons back in the White House???
Many on this site, and other commentators, have said Hillary is inevitable, and that the media would push Hillary in 2016. It appears that the media is willing to throw Hillary under the bus and interfere with her coronation as the Democrat pres. nominee. Stay tuned.

A few articles questioned Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server and keeping emails secret in violation of the legal requirements of the Official Records Act. There have been questions about the obvious conflict of interest in Hillary accepting large donations from foreign countries to the Clinton Foundation. To compare this to the Great Terror of the Stalin Regime when thousands were tortured and killed is simply ridiculous.
There is always infighting in the Democrat Party. However, there has been article after article stating that Hillary Clinton is the presumptive nominee and the probable next president. There is no Democrat candidate running against Hillary Clinton for the Democrat nomination.
