The global warming priests have presented no evidence that the process they claim causes “global warming” exists. They just illogically claim that any increase in what they call the “global average temperature” can only result from carbon dioxide in the atmosphere... The global warming preachers routinely commit the logical fallacy “post hoc ergo proper hoc”. I learned that basic logic concept in high school English class.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Global warming is their god.
Belief is faith; it’s not based on fact. If you KNOW something, you don’t need to believe. Warmists are cultists, not scientists.
I wonder how many of them want to believe humans control climate because they don't believe God takes care of us.
God does not take care of us. If he did, we wouldn’t have all these climate nutters in our midst, endangering our lives their errant nonsense.

Climate, like many things is indeed entirely beyond human control. Are the climate nutters afraid of that? Maybe they are. What they OUGHT to be afraid of is giving other people the kind of control that would be needed to fully express the human hubris implied by trying to control climate. That’s MY fear, and it’s up to us, not God, to put a stop to it as best we can. I don’t expect divine intervention to be effective with these nutters. If this last winter didn’t work to clear their minds of this nonsense, then most likely nothing will. Faith is funny like that.

Good article. The heat island effect is not caused by CO2, yet its actual causation is ignored when the AGW crowd extrapolates human activities to the globe.
No smoking hot spot1. The greenhouse signature is missing. We have been looking and measuring for years, and cannot find it.
Each possible cause of global warming has a different pattern of where in the planet the warming occurs first and the most. The signature of an increased greenhouse effect is a hot spot about 10km up in the atmosphere over the tropics. We have been measuring the atmosphere for decades using radiosondes: weather balloons with thermometers that radio back the temperature as the balloon ascends through the atmosphere. They show no hot spot. Whatsoever.
If there is no hot spot then an increased greenhouse effect is not the cause of global warming. So we know for sure that carbon emissions are not a significant cause of the global warming. If we had found the greenhouse signature then I would be an alarmist again.
There is no “global warming. Earth been cooling since 1995.This movement is about making you do stuff you don’t want to do. Reject it. Reject them.

It isn’t their god. It’s just another of the lefts tools for the destruction of the United States. This was telegraphed in the Naked Communist. Question is, why are we so deluded that gay marriage, abortion and global warming are the lefts belief system? It isn’t.
It’s a tool. Just another brick to be taken out of the wall to collapse America. It’s what Alinsky wanted. It’s what Cloward-Piven wanted. It’s what Lenin, Stalin and the Marxists wanted. It’s what Obama and Hillary want.
Global warming isn’t the religion. Marxism is the religion and all of their followers were either trained to take down America or are tools used by the Marxists.
Power is their god, and the government represents the ultimate repository of power to them.
Global Warming is just one of many ways they seek to transfer power from the hands of ordinary citizens to government.
I like Joe Bastardi’s comment that this ‘warmest winter’ means that it was less that a degree of several degrees below zero than previously in the Artic. And we are getting more ice mass in the Artic.
