Only 1 week until Supreme Court ruling on the future of ObamaCare
Coach is Right ^ | 6/22/15 | Doug Book

Coach is Right has written extensively about the Affordable Care Act—ObamaCare—from its initial, unconstitutional passage by a Democrat controlled congress, through the disgraceful 2012 Supreme Court ruling which featured the inexplicable treachery of Chief Justice John Roberts.

Sometime during the next week the Court will decide King v Burwell, a case which will determine whether the United States and the American people may still depend upon the Constitution to defend their liberty and rights from the unlawful schemes of a tyrant.

On June 17th, CiR asked whether the Supreme Court would deliver one last ruling in defense of the illegal and unconstitutional workings of the Obama Regime.

Today, Coach is Right will publish in its entirety the commentary of Twila Brase, president of the Citizens Council for Health Freedom. A longtime expert on healthcare in America, Brase asks the key question:

Will the Supreme Court Set 37 States Free from Obamacare?

by Twila Brase

The U.S. Supreme Court will issue a ruling on the King v. Burwell Obamacare subsidy case by June 29. But pro-Obamacare forces are busy pressuring Republicans to let 6.5 million people keep their illegal subsidies (expand Obamacare) if the administration loses. Here is one example from Politico Pro:

“Inside the Beltway, we’re all on eggshells waiting on the Supreme Court’s King ruling. Outside the Beltway, not so much. The new Kaiser poll finds seven in 10 Americans have heard either nothing at all or only a little about the Obamacare case. Just 13 percent said they had heard “a lot” about it.

“Still, most people in the nearly three dozen states that could lose their subsidies said lawmakers should act to keep those flowing. About 63 percent of people overall said Congress should step in if the plaintiffs win, compared with about...

I’m sorry, but are we really questioning which way this decision will go? Obamacare is now the law of the land and is going nowhere. All persons have been duly warned (read: threatened).

true. the tyrrany of the minority strikes again. everytime the ‘RATS get control of congress and the white house, they push through horrible legislation without debate. whenever the RINOs get control, they form a circular firing squad and can’t accomplish anything. we couldn’t even kill of PBS when we had control. the GOP really is the stupid party.

From what I can tell, they (the SC) can only strike down the subsidies. Obamacare itself stays.

Doesn't matter what the Supreme Court decides. Subsidies will continue from King Obama stash (taxpayers taxes).

Congress and Obama just tossed it over the wall without considering how to make it work. Just like Three Stooges Plumbing they had planned to fix it as they went along until it was an unrecognizable mess.

They were hoping through executive orders and future Congresses that it would all get sorted out.

That's like saying your tugboat didn't knock down the bridge, it only took out the base of one tower and the bridge fell down by itself.

Well, presumably people will drop coverage and just take the penalty. That can only last so long. I don’t think the insurance companies and their toadies in Congress will put up with that for long.

Prediction (sort of) -

they will issue their ruling the very last minute possible.

Then everybody scramble to get out of town. Chief Justice Roberts showed the way last time (re: Obamacare).

Let’s wait until June 30. Then we can drop Greece, healthcare, and homo marriage on the 24 news services when all of their A teams are on vacation.

That will be delicious.

I think their opinion will be that the Congress is responsible for writing the law as stipulated and it is their job to fix it.

In the meantime, no monies can be given as subsidies as the law stands.

A Christian approach to healthcare.

http://samaritanministries.org/

I pay $405/mo for my family.

Many people I know use this and have been very pleased with it. I am very pleased with how this works!

At this point, I don’t take any employers healthcare which usually still costs me over $600/mo and with about a $4,000 deductible.

Exactly right. The USSC decision really doesn’t matter. Obama will do whatever he wants anyhow. And the sheeple could care less.

On both homo “marriage” and Obamacare, Roberts is finalizing the edits to his rewrite to the case. It worked famously last time.

So, your prediction is that Obamacare stays the law-of-the land?

I just want to make sure I have it right.

Got any Lotto predictions to go with it?

There is no way they will rule so that the law is emasculated. The fix is in.

the libtards wrote the law as it is on purpose, not caring if the supreme court overturned it, because they assumed that a later democrat congress could pass true socialized medicine if that happened. They never dreamed that repubs would gain control congress
