The top feature at Friday's Drudge Report was a smear of Ted Cruz' Christian faith by a self-described "gay conservative libertarian" publisher in Florida.
The misleading and exaggerated Drudge feature - accompanied by a series of equally misleading and distorted video clips - was written by "political operative" Jacob Engels of the East Orlando Post, which he owns. His Twitter page shows Engels is actively promoting Donald Trump. It also reveals Engels' admiration for close Trump confidante Roger Stone, mastermind of Trump's presidential campaign and head of the pro-Trump super PAC, The Committee to Restore America's Greatness.
Engels appears to be an acolyte of Stone, a Nixon-era political trickster and long-time mentor of Trump and architect of Trump's political aspirations. He is famous for "Stone's Rules" of Alinsky-like dirty tricks. In one tweet, Engels calls Stone, who has been barred by CNN, a "legendary political operative." In another, he tweets that "'Stone's Rules' would not have allowed [Trump's] #IowaCaucus defeat," implying they were not sufficiently followed after Stone left the campaign to head up the super PAC.

There is a similar picture posted by Michelle Malkin of Donald Trump having hands laid on him.
Drudge has totally lost all credibility. I took him off my favorites list.
It’s okay for him to support Trump if he wants to go that way but he’s using his site as a propaganda tool.
The videos were pretty damning though. This kind of kookiness doesn’t belong anywhere near elected office.
Cruz sided with #BLM and #MoveOn. I don’t care what happens to him. His supporters have been big race baiting whores. I can’t stand with them.
There’s Alinsky tricks going on here, but they certainly aren’t coming from Trump.
Here’s what I see.
- All candidates meet with Jeb Bush before the last debate
- All candidates are told to lay off Trump and “be nice” because the onslaught of “Trump is violent” attacks are coming
- The following night, MoveOn/BLM/leftist violent protests are staged against Trump
- The MSM, Ted Cruz, Kasich, and all other candidates stick to the narrative that all of the violence is because of Trump
The “Hail Mary” attack on Donald Trump is transparent. In earlier days, before the advent of the internet, it would have been a fool-proof, textbook execution of a coordinated globalist attack on the real outsider.
It isn’t working this time. The people have woken up to the game being stacked against them. And yes, Ted Cruz is part of that game.
GO TRUMP.
The Trump campaign is collecting evidence of election fraud by the Cruz campaign. The Cruz fraud evidence numbers in the thousands of incidents, and will be filed as criminal charges before summer.

Quit posting this bullshit that Cruz sided with them - that’s simply not the case- he pointed out that responsibility lies with all parties involved - which it clearly does. Try a little objectivity for a change.

I couldn’t believe it. Cruz illustrates that he is unwilling to take on the false left wing narrative that is being used to silence conservatives and Christians and not only him but ever other candidate but Trump. They’d have us reduced to treating leftists with kids gloves as not to upset them. We all know that they don’t need a reason and even if they are incited by revulsion to the truth we should not be siding with their violent disruptions. Too many church lady and Charlie brown conservatives think they can take on the left winning technical arguments while losing the war. Its stupid and its why individuals like Obama can even run for office let alone get elected.
Try as you will to make this about Roger Stone, the fact is that most people are creeped out by Cruz, even the evangelicals who he counted on as a cornerstone of his base.
Them’s the facts, and the election results are the proof.

I know you’re a die hard Cruz supporter, but even you have to acknowledge that bedding with a pastor who wants to do whatever it is he wants to to gays, ie. jail, is idiotic and not a winning strategy.

Look above you. It’s always the loudest Trumpets on these Cruz threads. If I was seeing a bunch of new screen names on these threads I’d be worried about Cruz, but when it’s only the people that hated Ted Cruz 3 or 6 months ago, I calm down.
