These are the courts that said as long as the baby’s head is inside the mother it is not murder to kill the baby. These are the courts who said that to say a prayer in a public school was establishing religion. These are the courts who said that marriage must not be defined as between one man and one woman. So if you liked those decisions, you probably like this one.

The plan would be to toss Cruz out after he was nominated. It would be pointless for Hillary, Soros, and the bros. to do it any earlier.
About the only thing I'll ever give McCain credit for is that he got something passed in DC that defined him as eligible before before he ran, and that because he was born on US-controlled soil. Even Obama acknowledged that he had to produce a paper that said he was born in the USA.

As was the case in British law at the time of the writing of the Constitution, there is no doubt that Cruz is a natural born citizen of the US.
Let me help some of you folks. The “Commonwealth court of Pennsylvania” means absolutely nothing . The reason Trump laid off “Foreign Bord “ didqualification under Article II is because Cruz is out of this nomination fight. He is irrelevant. He doesn’t have the will of the people.
Federal issues are not ruled on by state lower court partisan judges. Never. In a dream , if Cruz won. hillary will have him enjoined because he is foreign born in a week!! IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF HER CHOOSING.But we don’t have to worry about that. Cruz is not our nominee. Trump will be our nominee or the voting will of the people will be raped.

That 1709 law was I believe what the founders would have gone by. Anne was Queen of England in 1709.
Anne’s law supports Cruz.
The 14th Amendment might be construed adversely:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.”
Cruz wasn’t born in the USA. So arguably under the 14th Amendment (alone), he would have to gain citizenship by naturalization.
Cruz could reduce the chance of this by having as a Vice President the leftist Supreme Court members despise - Trump.
My view of the 14th Amendment would just apply it the (freed) blacks in the USA and their offspring, just the people it was intended to help.

I think most folks who’ve studied this agree that by current law Ted Cruz will be found eligible to run for the presidency in a fair court.
In our day, the legal system views ‘citizen at birth’ and ‘natural born citizen’ to be one and the same thing. It’s hard to escape that fact.
However, these contests can be held in just about every state, and there is probably some judge or judges before whom this could come who will view it differently for political or other reasons.
But that’s not really the issue to me. To me the issue is that just a year and a half ago, Ted Cruz was a Canadian citizen. He will be our first foreign born president who is a dual citizen, and although he recently dropped the Canadian part, there’s really nothing blocking him from taking up his Canadian citizenship again some day.
There’s something about that that doesn’t ring WISE to me about that.
