Let me explain something in all of you should follow this link and actually read the Republican Rule Book as it is online and available. Let me explain something to you, Lame Cherry. If you read the rules, you sure didn't understand them. Nobody is moving the freaking goal posts.
There are no goal posts. Each convention votes in its own rules. Until they do, there are only suggested guidelines!
