Investors Already Believe In A Presidential Victory For Donald Trump

At the start of the campaign to elect the Republican and Democratic candidates, almost nobody would have bet that Donald Trump would eventually be the Republican presidential nominee. Trump awakened many antipathies within his own party, and the other candidates had much more support among its top leaders. In little over a month, Trump has gotten rid of his opponents within the party while his chances of becoming president of the United States of America continue to grow.

As strange as it may seem, the candidacy of Donald Trump has gone from the eccentricity of a billionaire’s desire for greatness, to the reality of a candidate for the presidency of the most powerful country in the world. Despite the continuing controversy surrounding his public appearances and all that is diametrically opposed to what is considered a conventional politician, the bases of the Republican Party have shown him majority support.

Many Republicans have weighed in on their party’s standard-bearer, and have offered their words of support, Slate said in a recent report. The below politicians are just a few of those who have spoken out publicly in favor of the billionaire businessman....

The only “continuing controversy” is coming from the liberal socialists of the democrat party and the hired agitators and ILLEGAL ALIENS...

“since it is difficult to decipher what his government strategy is”

Not difficult at all. Trump has made it more clear about what he wants to do than any other Presidential candidate in my lifetime:

Build the wall.
Enforce the law.
Deport them all.
End sanctuary cities.
End anchor babies.
Slap a temporary moratorium on muslim immigration.
Cut the taxes.
Cut the spending.
Get the Feds out of our bathrooms.
Cut the regulations.
Cut the government.
Cut the debt.
Cut the EPA.
Repeal & replace ObamaCare.
Get the feds out and allow health insurance to be sold over state lines.
Send education back to states.
Get a handle on trade.
Make trade deals in our own best interests.
Bring back capital.
Bring back manufacturing.
Bring back jobs.
Strengthen the economy.
Defend the second amendment.
Defend religious freedom.
Appoint constitutional conservative judges.
Rebuild our military.
Bomb the shit out of ISIS (and take their oil).
End political correctness.
Take the GOP establishment head-on.
Take the media head-on.
Take the liberals head-on.
Drill baby drill.
Mine coal, baby, mine coal.
Make our allies pay us for their protection.
No more “national building”.
America first. Period.
And win, baby, win.

It’s mostly a list Jim Robinson posted a few weeks ago, with a few additions of my own.

Imagine that! Investors believing in a candidate that's proven he understands basic economics! Why isn't that so capitalistic of them?

Why would they do that when they could believe in the fairyland tale of the command-and-control economies of Bernie and Hillary?

I was a big Cruz supporter and contributed to him when he announced his candidacy. Around the time Sarah Palin backed Trump I was taken aback by this and did more research on Cruz that left me with the conclusion that Trump is the better candidate.

As the case with Winston Churchill, sometimes the flawed man is the best hope.

We don't need to spend on more stuff for the Iraq army.

We need investment in research and engineering to stay ahead of China.
