William Clinton has no redeeming qualities. He is a man devoid of morals or honor.
During his time as POTUS Clinton turned the Oval Office back into the virtual bordello it had been when Lyndon Johnson was using it as his personal sexual hunting grounds.
The most famous episodes in Clinton’s ongoing degradation of women and our White House involved a 22 year old intern named Monica Lewinsky whose main talent was to successfully bring Clinton to orgasm during fellatio. We know this is true because Lewinsky turned a Clinton semen stained blue dress into a “trophy” and saved it.
The Starr Report which recounted Clinton’s psychological degradation of this young woman was actually two reports. There was the one that was released to the public (the sanitized version – as much as his conduct could be “sanitized”) and the REAL version that was printed in only limited quantities.
There is more to be found in the REAL Starr Report as opposed to the one that was made publicly available. The report was named for the prize patsy, and now failed President of Baylor University, Ken Starr who conducted the investigation into the affair. The public report hid the most revolting and disgusting aspects of what Starr established took place during the Clinton -Lewinsky sexual encounters. The un-redacted version contains testimony from Monica Lewinsky that she did more than fellate Clinton during their secret meetings.

This is the problem with what Bill Clinton did - the press felt obligated to make veiled references to what happened, but refused to spell out the vulgar details. I recall 1998 very clearly and it seemed that there were several points when you could have imagined Clinton being forced to resign. But the press did him a series of favors, and he was able to regroup his PR team and go on the offensive, which succeeded when the Senate didn’t really even evaluate the evidence.
I still stay with George Will’s summary - “Bill Clinton was not the worst President in US history, but he was clearly the worst person ever to serve as President of the United States.”
I hope that Trump just lays it out in a debate with Hillary. Ask her if her husband “articulated a cigar in the vagina of Monica Lewinsky in the Oval Office of the White House”. Then watch her melt down.
No matter what, the American people still like Mr. Bill. They really associate him with a “good economy”, and nothing can change their little minds.
I believe the moderators will mute Trump’s microphone anytime he mentions Mr. Bill. The popular Mr. Bill will not be allowed even to be mentioned in the exchange.

Bill Clinton was one of the worst Presidents in US history, but he was nowhere near as evil as the worst person ever to occupy our White House. Clinton’s sins were small scale and predatory. His victims were harmed significantly, and the culture was damaged. Clinton did some good in office too, spending responsibly and cutting welfare. Obama’s sins are on a much larger scale, executed with the intent of destroying everything good in the West. I would very cheerfully have traded the current drug-addled thug for another eight years under the predator Hillary married.

He had one: he saw the writing on the wall at the end of 1994 and was willing to humble himself, perhaps silently kicking and screaming, enough to work with Newt on welfare reform. Obama has never had that quality, and neither would Wife of Bill.

Clinton only passed the welfare reform bill because after being sent approxomately the same bill three times, he realized he would have to spend more time in the office and less time raping women if he wanted to guarantee that welfare reform wouldn’t pass.
He wasn’t fiscally responsible at all, the dot com boom (which he had nothing to do with) was just so enormous that it could make even a spendthrift Democrat look good.
Neither Clinton nor Soetoro have any merits to their presidencies, though I would agree that Soetoro has caused more damage through passing Soetorocare, extending the ‘08 crash for longer than it should have lasted, and increasing the spread of Islam.
Actually, Welfare reform started with Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson. Sad that Gov. Thompson never received any credit for the great job he did in the State of Wisconsin.
Hillary must have suspected that Monica was collecting DNA, and told him to keep it away from her. So he did, while continuing with the sex anyway.
