How many of those emails have your name on them? This guy does not know anything about what he is walking into...

Trump will prosecute her or he wouldn't have looked at her at that debate and said: “If I did, you'd be in jail” that was her warning... and now she is in deep trouble...she will be found guilty of a lot of things, along with Bill, Chelsea, John Podesta, his brother, and everyone of the media that was connected to her...

And then there is the ‘spirit cooking’ thing that will be brought out and Hillary's selling orphaned children to people in Saudi, and all over the Middle East for sex slaves and body parts...

Oh yeah, a lot of stuff to come out...then there is Huma and Tony, hmmm...Muslim Brotherhood, how much did they get to see of ‘classified information’...oh yeah...Hillary's days are numbered!!!

I respectfully disagree. If you don’t put a stake through the heart of this witch, she will never go away.

Trump better not forget the crowds chanting “lock her up!”. Not appointing a special prosecutor would be breaking a major campaign promise. We want justice for once!

They intend to let the Clintons regroup and come back. That is the strategy we followed in Vietnam. We won the war at least twice to the point that the commies in Hanoi were planning for Occupation and then we pulled back to be fair to them and let them get their wind back.

Who needs more Kabuki theater by the house and senate geldings/capons/eunuchs/quislings? What are needed are several independent prosecutors.

May not have to. If Obama pardons her for something she says she didn’t do, that is an admittance of guilt and a complete embarrassment of the FBI and the Obama justice department that said she didn’t either. Go ahead Barrack, you might as well display your dishonest and stupidity on your way out. Creates a legacy.

Heard a former DOJ official the other day. He said the President cannot simply issue a pardon. The person in question has to accept the pardon, which is a de facto admission of guilt.

In order to get a pardon, the pardonee has to admit the guilt.

Illary won’t admit it, due to the overweening hubris and self centeredness.

Therefore, no pardon.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.”

Which means shes damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t. When Ford granted Nixon his pardon, it was the day after Nixon resigned, Sep 7. On Sept. 8—President Ford granted former President Richard M. Nixon an unconditional pardon for all Federal crimes that he “committed or may have committed or taken part in” while in office, an act Mr. Ford said was intended to spare Mr. Nixon and the nation further punishment in the Watergate scandals.

But my theory in that one, just like this one, would be to spare any further investigation that might incriminate Obama and others within his cabinet and justice department. So this may be a one size fits all pardon. And since she is no longer part of the political machine, her health is failing, and this will finish her, she gets a get out of jail free card to cover everyone’s back side by burying everything that might be hidden that would surface.

“In order to get a pardon, the pardonee has to admit the guilt.”

Not necessarily. When Ford pardoned Nixon, it was an unconditional pardon for all federal crimes that he “committed or may have committed or taken part in” while in office, So she doesn’t have to admit anything. But if she accepts it, she is admitting she did it. Nixon admitted it. But if she refuses it, she is opening up herself for further investigation along with any crimes or hidden information a Trump justice department may uncover if they open up on her that could incriminate others in the administration. So by her shutting up and falling on her sword, she could be protecting a huge amount of the democratic party. Obama, his justice department, the FBI, and God knows how many little indiscretians and screwups could hit the airways. And they would all have no privileges and being out of office having no immunity, unless it was to turn states evidence so the investigation could get a bigger target. But that would be at the discretion of the prosecuter, not the democrats.

They don’t want it to sound like a political witch hunt. Doing so just causes a distraction from Trump’s goals for his first 100 days. Putting Hitlery in prison is not a need during his first 100 days.

There is plenty of time to deal with her later. They will get around to her eventually but odds are, Obama will give her a full pardon his last day in office. So the investigations may be moot, unless they make them public - and give us all the details of her rampant corruption. There is a political value in that.

Your welcome. The sixties and seventies were a very confusing time in the history of our little country and the politics were a main reason.

I believe the pardoning of Nixon done by Ford was a way to finish the problem that Nixon had allowed to happen. He didn’t authorize the break in, nor was there to accomplish it. He just knew about it and tried to protect his friends. Same thing Bill Clinton did in the 90’s. But the current problem with Hilary is going to have further effects with the foreign nations we deal with because part of the email problem they are involved with because they are referenced in them or have a fear they are referenced in them. So it may have a greater kickback than just an internal screw up.
