Edgewood College is a private, co-educational liberal arts college in the Dominican Catholic tradition in Madison, Wisconsin, Tony Chambers, VP for Student Development, sent out a public notice regarding what the administration judged to be an "act of cowardly hatred" on campus. The document was picked up and shared by talk show host Vicki McKenna on her Twitter feed, with a link to the document at Scribd. A short time later it was discovered that Scribd had deleted the document. It is presently available on Flikr but who knows for how long. This document is a perfect illustration of the lunacy that is tolerated under the guise of political correctness on college campuses today.

The "act" in question was the posting of a sticky note with the message "suck it up pussies" and a smiley. According to Chambers "a great deal of fear, sadness, and anger resulted". He goes on to state that the Madison Police Department is investigating this as a "hate crime". No, this is not a joke.
