If he did that EVERY bill he signed into law, EVERY treaty negotiated and ANY appointments he has made to the Judiciary or the military would be null and void.
Obama is about 55 years old now and he will be very much in contention for the UN leadership in 5 yrs.

I have always said, Obama’s next goal will be to head the UN. President was only a stepping stone. This guy wants to rule the world like a Bond villain.
Couldn’t agree more. I’ve been saying it for a while. There are many that believe he is dangerous to the US, and to be fair, he certainly has been. HOWEVER, he will be at his most dangerous, to the US AND Israel, when he gets on at the UN. It will happen. It is only a matter of time.

I don't see how they could, they are US law enforcement officers. There authority does not extend to the entire globe. When out side the US they have only the authority that the host country cares to extend.
They would not have any US constitutional protections.
