With mere days remaining in office, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry returned to Southeast Asia to reminisce with his Communist friends and ideological soulmates in Vietnam.
He was welcomed with open arms in Vietnam, still a Communist dictatorship after all these decades. And why shouldn’t he be? He’s one of the reasons the United States lost the war there.
I wish the traitor would stay there.
John Kerry was in Vietnam. And that guy from Georgia, he fought for civil rights.
These are pretty much becoming similar phenomena to me. “What I did [maybe] 50 years ago means I am forever above criticism!”
I hope he enjoys the ticker tape parade, he deserves it.
I - and all of us who served with honor in Vietnam - owe him a punch in the face.
Lurch as a Lt in the Navy served about 120 days in Viet Nam.
During that time he accumulated 4 band aid Purple Hearts and a Silver Star (no valor citation).
He used his 4 Purple Hearts under a rule about number of wounds to leave duty in Viet Nam much earlier than the Navy had planned for him. He then came home and started protesting, testifying and collaborating with the NVA in Paris.
Great going, Lurch.

I was born in 1951. I too remember Ffin john kerry prancing before tv cameras.
Vietnam critic was his bread and butter, as was his stand (with commie tommy harkin) for the Sandinistas and other communist led groups.
A real class piece of work. You are correct, in the Continental Army he would have been promptly dealt with and the nation would have been spared such a stain.
