In the current political climate, today’s International Women’s Day comes with an extra edge as the movement that started with marches all over the country and the world the day after Donald Trump became President has declared A Day Without A Woman. The strike aims to display the pivotal role women play in our society and our economy and how often they are taken for granted.
Here in Hollywood, NBC and Netflix have told staffers that they are free to take the day to celebrate and support the cause. Among others commemorating the day today, MTV will turn their logo upside down, changing the “M” into a red “W.”
A number of the industry’s leading ladies and a few felllas too have also taken to social media to fly their flag for the day and show their colors – red specifically being the tone of A Day Without A Woman. Some took a swipe at POTUS, who unsurprisingly put out a tweet of his own earlier. Here’s a few of the voices we’ve heard today – we’ll be adding more throughout the day and don’t hesitate to tell us if we missed someone.

These “marchers” are the usual “death to America” crowd parading under the banner of (another) phony cause.
Weird how these lesbian and pedophile hypocrites weren’t worried about “Int’l Women’s Day” when the Kenyan boy was in powah. I guess they were afraid they’d be labeled as “racises”. This is just commie bull****. Anyone who doesn’t show up for work should have their ass canned.

As for those women harping on about their rights, and as my wife pointed out.
If you want to be equal then why complain if there was a mans night where men get free drinks or half price at a bar?
Do the same fitness tests as men for the military, but as of right now they don;t and yet get paid the same as men doing a tougher time.
When in family court don;t have the majority of decisions go the woman’s way.
When applying for a job then a woman is more likely today to get that office job before a man who has the same experience, and qualification.
The list is endless, and this day is a crock of crap.
As I tell my daughter who is a teen. You want to be equal then do the exact same as everyone else, and never complain or expect that as a female you should get special rights.

These women act like men were just standing around doing nothing when they came to the rescue and did everything.
Let's just agree that men and women both contribute to our culture and society, and leave it at that.
