Watching the River Slip Slowly Away

So, I see that Fox is dropping it’s “Fair and balanced” motto:

Fox fair and balanced 2011Back in the day when Fox liked the concept of their motto.

Too bad MSNBC already tagged the “Lean Forward” slogan for their own –

serious journalism at msnbcMSNBC-TWITTER-ICON…or left, or back, or whatever

I think “Lean Over” is still available though, and may be suitable for the new direction Fox is headed.

lean forward and watch the river pooh

It’s not just the river slipping away. And CNN and MSNBC will be happy to tell you “all that is to be known” just like the New York Times and Washington Post gives you all the news they see fit to print.

Fox News slogan should be Dead Man Walking or Man Overboard.

I'd suggest "Bend Over" , but I'm afraid the GOP has already taken it.

I just want a news channel that is honest and accurate. I don’t want slogans. If you have to tell people what you are, you aren’t. The people will know what you are if they pay attention.

What about, “Roll over”? That seems most suitable.

Years ago it was commonplace to say the most popular idion for male gays was either "Lean Over" or "Bend Over". I do think either fits CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, Huff Po, Times, Post, Salon, and now Fox.

Go to One America News Network, OANN.com, channel 347 on Direct TV. You will like it.
