President Trump just announced he does not have any tapes of his conversations with James Comey. Jake Tapper, obvious confused, gets on Twitter, re-tweets the Tweet in which Trump had warned Comey he’d better hope there are no tapes, and says this:
“This is the tweet that started this whole thing. Followed by more than a month of WH refusals to confirm or deny he made tapes. Why?”
These fake journalists are so dim-witted they can’t even figure out when they’ve been trolled by the President of the United States. Epic.

Trump handled this brilliantly. He believes Comey is a liar (the chief reason for firing him) and by pretending he might have tapes of the encounter, forced Comey to testify truthfully to Congress for fear of perjuring himself. The old man is two steps ahead of everyone. That was brilliant - just brilliant.
