When news erupted that the President had sheared a Tweet that told of Satellite imagery showing that North Korea was moving missiles onto a patrol boat, the MSM were quick to check the details. What they found, according to The US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley, was that the information was apparently classified. They then ran an article lambasting President Trump for sharing this information, whilst at the same time sharing said information.
The idiocy and hypocrisy on display can be summed up nicely by the reaction of Democrat Rep. Ted Lieu:
“It is alarming the casualness with which President Trump shares classifieds information,” Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu of California told CNN’s Poppy Harlow. “Just because something is in the press doesn’t make that information no longer classified, so the President should not be tweeting classified information just because he as the President.”

The President can unclassify at his discretion. Liar media breaks the law if they do so. cnn hates the USA and hates truth.
The President can “un-classify” information he wants to make public at any time.

(Unclassify or declassify? I think "unclassified" is the adjectival form and "declassify" the verbal.)
Trump can “declassify” info at will - he’s making sure we all know as much as possible about the extent of the danger from the NORKs because if he doesn’t the MSM and others will go nuts trying to claim he “unilaterally committed an atrocity on the NORKs and caused untold deaths among friendlies....
