A Forrest County Judge sentenced a man who was illegally in the country to 40 years behind bars for impregnating his daughter.
Natalio Vitervo-Vasquez pleaded guilty to sexual battery with a victim under the age of 14 Friday morning.
In court, the district attorney stated a child, at the age of eleven, determined she was pregnant at a medical center. - Medical officials found conception would have been at ten years of age.
The district attorney said the girl told officials her father, Natalio Vitervo-Vasquez, took her to a hotel room where “he touched her and gave her something to drink.” The DA also stated the girl told officials the drink made her sleepy.
According to the district attorney, in November of 2016 the girl gave birth to a baby boy with multiple birth defects. That baby died in surgery at a medical facility in Jackson.
The district attorney said DNA was taken from the mother and the baby, which returned a 99.99% probability that Vasquez was the father.
A translator was in the courtroom Friday for Vasquez, who told Circuit Judge Jon Mark Weathers Vasquez could not speak English. The translator also told the judge Vasquez could not read or write. When asked for a social security number, the translator for Vasquez stated he did not have one.
The district attorney told Judge Weathers Vasquez had already been deported twice.
She had the baby but it died.
He only got 40 years in jail.
He’s been deported like 4 times.

If you’re so annoyed that someone posted something you just don’t think should be posted you could abstain from responding at all. You’re not gonna get back the minutes of your life you spent no matter if it is click bait or not. Why waste more venting in the general direction of some other forumite?
Other respondents may disagree with you about the nature of the OP. Isn’t that their business and time to spend just as it was yours?
I for one would be far more interested in hearing from you WHY you imagined the material unworthy, and not just that you thought it was. That’s how conversations happen.
Did you think this an attack on Mexicans? For example.
It seems to me that the overwhelming majority of Mexicans understand rape and incest are bad (just as many view abortion as bad, something Tommy maybe should take into account if folks think that throwing murder on top of all the rest isn’t gonna make anything better), but — as I said earlier today in another thread about another incident — I’m starting to wonder if predators may not be taking advantage of things like the sanctuary movement. That may not exactly apply in this case as in the other ... but then again it might.
