Ivanka Trump visited Marine Corps base Camp Lejeune today to discuss employment challenges of military spouses.
She was joined by Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway. According to WECT 6, Ivanka helped attendees with hiring strategies and networking:
The one-day professional development conference is designed for military spouses planning to enter or re-enter the workforce or those looking to take the next step in their professional careers. Sixteen percent of military spouses are currently jobless, according to the organization Hiring our Heroes.
Sixty-seven percent of military spouses have quit a job to move with their spouses and they immediately lose their networks so they constantly have to rebuild their networks, said Elizabeth OBrien with Hiring our Heroes.
Different breakout sessions were held throughout the day focusing on topics like resume writing, networking, best practices, success strategies for LinkedIn and more."

After eight years of trash, we have an elegant First Lady.
