The shooter owned 47 guns at the time murders. The shooter bought 33 guns after move-in day. That means the shooter owned 14 guns when his brother helped him move. The brother claimed knew he had a couple of handguns and a rifle. Now we are down to 11 guns. Were they rifles or handguns? The shooter also owned multiple properties at the same time. I would guess he had at least 3 guns at each property. So his brother didn’t help the shooter move 47 guns or even 14 guns. Probably helped him move 3 guns or less as he stated.
There is nothing unusual about this guy being a collector except for some reason he decided to shoot a bunch of people. There is the rub.
I would like to know if they have done an autopsy on the shooter. The University of Texas Tower shooter from 1966 had a brain tumor.
Not 50, but I might start asking questions at 250.
My guess, either he didn’t leave a note behind or it is something damaging to Democrats. NBC, CBS, CNN are all wired into the FBI. If the shooter was a registered republican with any ties to conservative groups it would have been leaked on Monday.
“The one brother said he helped Stephen move from Florida to Nevada. They drove it”
Long drives you talk about ecpverything with your companion.Bro must know a whole lot about what made Steven tick.
I’ve seen a theory suggested that Paddock was jealous of Geary, his girlfriend Danley’s ex-husband. Geary was apparently also a gun nut as well as a rabid Leftist. The theory goes that Paddock intended his attack to be proof that he was more hardcore than Geary.
I’m thinking that he planned to target those fuel tanks with the hope that they’d blow up, thus tying up police and fire long enough for him to slip away in the confusion. That might even explain the Tannerite in his car, which he might have intended to plant at the fuel tanks to better ensure they would blow up, but somehow was unable to actually put it there, so he just hoped that shooting the tanks directly would be enough.
When they didn’t explode, he probably panicked, tried to come up with an alternate escape plan, and when his cameras in the hallway showed the cops closing in, he wrote a note of apology to the girlfriend, and killed himself.
Interesting stuff, but I do not put much stock in anonymous authors and their web pages which provide no information about the webmasters or identifying the source of their speculation about events.
“”After all, if you knew that your brother had almost 50 guns, wouldn’t your instinct be to report it?””
Hell no!
People that have a “known” collection often loose it. In 69 I knew a guy that had a collection of about 75 weapons. One day he came home to an emptied house. The thieves had backed a van into his garage and got them all.
Likewise there was a bar and restaurant near Weston, Missouri when I was a kid. The entire ceiling had hung long guns and every wall was lined with cases filled with hand guns and long guns. I was told one night they disappeared.
I like it....wish I had thought to post it.....
Hey Hassan and Ali, went for a walk, back for our 7 pm meeting, Steve.
“No....I know a few collectors. But theyre known...This is like a big secret collection.”
I have a federal gun collectors license. Been collecting since 1952. Am i a suspicious person?
You don't think there are hundred of thousands of people who own "almost 50" guns? And we should report them?
Could be they are analysing the note?
Depending what’s in it.
For example, is a particular sentence just words or is it a reference to something else?
The investigation is still going on and they are still getting all of the evidence together. Why would they release anything yet? I’m not seeing a conspiracy to cover anything up. They can’t release what they don’t yet know, and what they do know may put the investigation in jeopardy if they release it too soon. Still, I hope they can give the public an idea as to WHY the guy did it and if he had accomplices.
This.

After all, if you knew that your brother had almost 50 guns, wouldn’t your instinct be to report it?
I would ask him when he sold off so much of his collection.
50 guns is a good start.
