Which got me wondering...... since when do we prosecute dead people?
That's a joke, right? Sarcasm?
Police investigations are always conducted with as much secrecy as possible. You never want to alert perps and/or accomplices that you are onto them, until you have gathered enough evidence to secure an indictment + conviction.
My .02 is that certain evidence may rattle some. There are some reports out there saying the guy had Antifa propaganda in his room. Would that be made public? Maybe the thinking is that if we tell the folks the truth, then this cold civil war heats up some.
Good catch “since when do we prosecute dead people?”
Did you hear the brother’s description of Steve, “you may think he’s an evil genius.” He also described him as “quirky” and told how if Steve asked you to go get him a sandwich, you went and got him a sandwich. I wonder how many “sandwiches” or guns Steve paid his brother to help with?
I wanted the reporter to ask what type of things/people annoyed your brother?
Because it probably said remember to buy coffee.
“Because WE are the boss, that’s why.”
Naïve and ignorant reason.
Do you always get investigative information as it happens?
Of course not.
All one has to do is watch the news conference that occurred at 5 pm Las Vegas time on Wed 10/04/17. The LV sheriff has essentially relinquished his responsibility completely to the FBI. The sheriff will now know only what the FBI is willing to share with him.
Pay close attention to everything the FBI guy said. He relayed absoultely nothing of any substance to those present or watching on tv. All he ever said was exercise patience and trust us.
That is precisely what we did with the Comey handling of the Hillary email felony, and look what it got us—nothing but gallons of whitewash. The same is most apt to happen with this matter.
You too?
Because it's material evidence in an active criminal investigation?
I know a lot of guys with fifty guns, and the idea of "report it" has never crossed my mind.
Those videos probably answer several key questions, including how he moved so many weapons into a hotel suite and possibly whether or not he had any accomplices.
I remember a smart man saying "trust but verify" I guess you are ok with, trust and don't ask any questions.
Great point Mr K. To hit 500+ people, we should see 2000 shell casings all over the floor. He should be swimming in them.?.? Can someone answer why we are not seeing this?
You are not an American I take it? One third of Americans do not own any firearms. Most of the remainder own one or two. The remainder own many.
But for the majority....and all those who enjoy hunting and collect guns....wouldn't even think of it.
P.S. Hubby and I came home from our honey moon early so WE could go deer hunting here in Upstate. Gutted my first deer that year. Yes, I hunted also...in fact, he took me to the range to get my permit even before we got married.
OK, because I was unaware there was a note.
It was on colored paper. It’s likely it was just the room service menu from which he ordered the bagel, potato soup, and 2 pepsis.
No, it would be my instinct to remind him about my birthday.
There was a lot of spent brass in one of the photos but none of the photos I saw were close to his shooting positions.
