The organization, Global Witness, investigating the report that President Donald Trump made tens of millions of dollars in profits by allowing Colombian drug cartels and other groups to launder money through a Trump-affiliated hotel in Panama has ties to George Soros and his son Alexander. If fact Alexander sits on the board of directors of “Global Witness”.

Not very original. Bill Clinton was accused of laundering Columbian drug money through Mena, AR. Democrats always accuse Republicans of doing what Democrats have done.

I don’t see any connection to Trump other than his name.

I’d be happy with a little surreptitious plutonium poisoning, or a strange hunting accident, even a botched robbery where they forget to take any of money or valuables. A suicide with two shots to the backs of their heads...OK with me. Maybe the Air Force can have a terrible accident in one of their live fire exercises. Some people just need to be gone forever.

ownership of business entities can easily run these days thru multiple shell corporations incorporated in Caribbean island tax havens, making everything look “legit” until those multiple shell companies ownership chain is dug through

The Trump organization sells the rights to “Trump” branding. It gets a fee for real estate deals that want that brand, like a franchiser does with those who want to sell their franchise-brand of fast food. Those contracts are paid not as purchases but as fees to the Trump organization, and carried as “management fees”.
But neither Trump nor the Trump organization are the developers, owners or operators or most of those deals.
It is not negligent intentional “hands off”, it is merely getting good money for offering the “Trump” brand placed on something.
Let the “investigators find where a Trump DOJ halts or refuses any appropriate U.S. prosecution on any such developments that were done to facilitate money laundering by anyone.
If there was such appropriate U.S. action to be taken, and since the shady operations were going on since the Trump Ocean hotel in Panama opened in 2011, then where were Obama and Eric Holder for five years?
