This is not the Onion, unfortunately, but a real piece of life, or lack thereof, if we’re talking about the victims. The story goes something like this: an illegal alien from Guatemala, who should have been deported at least three years ago (more on that in a jiffy), killed 2 law enforcement officers in a traffic accident last December, in 2017 respectively. As per a story from WaPo, we learned that the case was closed and settled at the end of June 2018, last month that is. The illegal alien, namely Roberto Garza Palacios, was fined $280 for driving in a careless and imprudent manner.
And that was it: no jail time, no nothing, as the judge said the defendant did not show a “reckless disregard for human life”, nor he reached the level of a “gross deviation” from careful driving, whatever that means. Both of these legalese terms would have been necessary for slapping more serious charges on Roberto apparently. So, because the prosecution only managed to prove that Roberto Garza Palacios was careless and imprudent, which was obvious considering the fact he killed two law enforcement officers with his car, this guy skated with a $280 fine.

Got to start identifying these judges for all of the Country to see what is going on in our legal system with respect to the enabling of Illegal Alien.
Maryland is a sanctuary state.
I read the entire article and no mention of the name of the judge. That is curious since the names of everyone else involved was stated clearly.
Oh, it’s in Maryland....for a second I was worried this happened in America.

There was an article yesterday with the details, it’s not what it sounds like. The FBI agent caused the initial accident by messing around with his phone and ran into a stationary object apparently blocking part of the left lane. Then the fire marshal stopped behind him and both were on the shoulder. The illegal said there were too many cars in the right lane to pull over that way, so he pulled left not seeing them. No evidence of him being drunk or negligent. Of course he shouldn’t be here, and should be deported, but in this case he wasn’t to blame.
Rubio, Graham, McCain, Flake, Hatch, Heller, Hoeven, Murkowsky, Alexander and Corker all tried to make him a citizen in 2013.
Bush League Republicans must become extinct before the Republic does.
Garza Palacios pleaded guilty to driving while impaired in 2015.
He served a four month stint in jail after smashing windows on 16 cars and lighting a sofa on fire near a construction site.
