There were only enough prosecution witnesses to last half a day today. Jurors spent part of the day looking at videos.
But in the morning Oregon State Trooper Jason Perrizo and said he referred to the accused FBI Agent, W. Joseph Astarita, as "Blackbeard" at the scene after LaVoy Finicum was killed and Ryan Bundy injured.....

In that case the BATFE lied to the FBI. Very likely, the BATFE informant lied to the BATFE.
In the end, the FBI/U.S. Government settled for a couple of million.
Finicum’s family is suing and wrongful death compensation seems the least they deserve. They got a name now on the guy who fired the killing shots and all the big names in the federal and state government are listed as defendants.
Others involved who rode in the Finicum truck are still listed on a potential lawsuit that’s in legal limbo I’m told.
Don’t fully understand that situation with the lawsuit involving the people other than LaVoy Finicum but maybe Nextrush can illuminate us in his future writings.
