You said it!!! I wish you’d call into tommy and say it!!!

“Holding the man responsible for a women’s choice while prohibiting his choice is not an equal standard. If conception were a result of mutual consent, both should have an equal choice for how it will effect their bodies.”

There was a time your name was backed up by your life. Maybe they were crazy. See “Hamilton”.

"Should Men Have Reproductive Rights Too?"

They already do. It's called "keeping it in your pants."

Nobody should have “abortion rights.” End of discussion.

If that the end of discussion, you’ve lost. Hiding your Mina in a hole does NOT impress the Boss.

How can you agree with those who simply refuse to accept reality?

"All Rights redound to the Individual, except for children’s under 18."

I'm not sure why you mentioned this, because it does not support the rest of your argument, as I understand it.

Unless you mean that children under 18 have no individual rights, and thus no right to life. That would justify (legally) the physical destruction of all of one's offspring, from conception to age 18, since children do not have rights under the Constitution --- your premise.

In fairness, I don't think you meant to say that.

Or, if you think children DO have the right to simply go on living, this would logically apply to children before as well as after birth, wouldn't it?

I think for consistency, you'd either have to say all children have a right to be protected from murder by law, or no children do.

Because of current laws, as the sperm donor he gives up all those reproductive rights when he makes the donation.

Until our government grows into adults, this will always be the case.

Only women have a right to reproduce because “It’s my body” even though they need an outside source to make the donation.

Time for big changes to happen and stop this robbery!

If women have an escape clause, why shouldn’t men?

The baby in the womb is a separate and distinct human being who has as much right to life as the mother. The fact that at this time, it is perfectly legal to kill this sentient human does not make killing it a right.

A woman has a choice about whether to get pregnant. The baby has no choice about whether it is conceived, or whether its mother only got pregnant because she didn’t feel like using birth control and figured she could get rid of it easily enough.

I could never consider abortion a right because the person who is most affected by the abortion has no say in the matter whatsoever.

Fat chance. More than fifty percent of their voters directly benefit from this apartheid.

people do have reprodcutive rights already - the right to have sex (chance of pregnancy) or not take the chance.

those tryingt to say killing an unborn child is about reproductive rights is self deluded and just wants the ability to commit murder on the most vulnerable.

I'm not sure what you mean by having 9 months to decide whether to reproduce. Once intercourse happens, both parties have set up the conditions for reproduction. They have initiated causality.

Then, once conception occurs, they have successfully reproduced. Life has been transferred to the next generation.

Nobody has "9 months" to decide to reproduce. After the new individual ha been capacitated by fertilization, the only choice the woman, now a mother, has, is to have a live baby or a dead one.

“So if the guy wants the baby he has zero recourse if the girl wants to kill it.”

He had plenty of recourse not to impregnate a woman he’s not married to.

“I do believe that a man should have an equal say as to the future of his child.”

If he were married to the woman he’d have plenty of say.

Otherwise he’s nothing more than an animal and deserves no rights.

Oh, you mean like when a woman is raped and refuses to get an abortion, being pro-life, and the one who raped her sues for custody? The Unique hell of fighting your rapist for custody

Or how about state law that allows a rapist to legally sue to prevent a woman from having an abortion, to share custody of the child conceived during such?
Arkansas passes law allowing rapists to prevent victims who want an abortion Bad cases make bad case law but blanket assumptions make bad law. It's her choice to keep a child, especially if she's pro-life, but the courts seeing fit to allow custody of the one who raped her (or in the case of a minor, having their address given to the person convicted of the crime)should be anathema - and yet isn't.

Would you be content that your wife is carrying a rapist's child - because he sued for joint custody?

Maybe a little more discernment is in order, here.

The pro-life movement has not been able to stop legalized murder in the USA, but it has gained many partial victories over the years which have saved many lives.

Every time a woman experiencing unplanned pregnancy chooses life, and not murder, abortion "loses."

That's not total victory. But that's life.
