Hillary’s winning Florida counties don’t look like they will be much help for Democrats this year

The Democrats in Florida are depending on a group of 11 counties that Hillary Clinton either won or was within 2 points of winning in 2016.

They are probably hoping the heavy African American and Hispanic populations in them will carry Bill Nelson and Andrew Gillum to victory.

But early and mail in voting shows Democrats are down so it's not working out.

So far Florida’s Hispanic have not been particularly friendly to Democrats.

In Miami Dade the location of CD 27 – “a sure gimme” for Democrats, until it wasn’t, the Democrats counted it in their column until they did some polling.

They believed that with the longtime Republican Cuban American incumbent gone the district’s 72 % Hispanic population would carry them to a flip.

Careful observers on both sides have known for a month that Donna Shalala, Hillary Clinton’s Mini Me, was not going to win and this one has “kindly” been set as a “tossup.” It’s not.

Miami Dade is 68% Hispanic and 18 % African American but Barrack Obama drew a small crowd in Miami and was heckled as was Nancy Pelosi when she showed up to discuss curtain patterns for Shalala’s new office in Washington.

The rest of the counties on this list are Broward which is 29% African American and 29% Hispanic.

Duval which is 30% African American and 9% Hispanic.

Gadsden which is 55% African American and 10% Hispanic.

Hillsbrough which is 17% African American and 28% Hispanic.

Leon which is 31% African American and 6% Hispanic.

Orange which is 22% African American and 31% Hispanic.

Palm Beach which is 19% African American and 22% Hispanic.

Pinellas which is 11& African American and 9% Hispanic.

Seminole which is 12% African American and 21% Hispanic.

Volusia which is 11% African American and 13% Hispanic.

The combined Brown Wave value of all of these counties is an average 23% African Americans and 22% Hispanic.

There has been ample proof that neither of these groups will be a big help to Democrats.

In Maryland the White incumbent Republican governor is crushing his Democrat opponent the former head of the national NAACP and doing so with 21% Africa American support.

In a Texas special election for state senate a Republican who lost running for the same seat in 2016 by 15 points won by 6 points.

The seat was held by Democrats for 139 years and the district is 68% Hispanic.

Oh, God....Broward.

Idiots is right.

They elected the imbecile Sheriff (who still has his job).

The imbecile’s dereliction of duty resulted in the massacre of 17 students and faculty.

Also The United West has bused in Florida Republicans and set up base in Panama City, Fla. with the mission to get panhandle residents, effected by the hurricane, to the polls on Tuesday.
