Parkland is feeling more pain.
A week after the suicide of a former student, a Marjory Stoneman High School student has taken his life, Coral Springs police confirmed Sunday.
The double tragedy comes just as students are out of school this week for spring break.
Investigators told the Miami Herald that the male student died in “an apparent suicide” on Saturday night. He was a sophomore and attended MSD last year at the time of the Feb. 14 shooting that claimed 17 lives on campus. Police did not release his name.

Not to be insensitive, but to answer the question, maybe one if Hogg is willing to make the sacrifice.
Some will object to my assessment but I can’t help thinking when I was growing up in the 50’s and 60’s if a school friend or friend died for any reason we would go to the funeral and move on. I think our society has raised some young people that can’t cope in other words snowflakes.

This is why it’s better to keep kids out of the news.
Maybe one day the kids will realize how they were played by the left.

There were no suicides reported following the massacre.
Even the news coverage of the 1927 bombing was truncated by Charles Lindbergh’s trans-Atlantic solo flight a few days later. Yes, there were news cycles before the internet.

When I was in High school some idiotic 12 Year old Kid took his Dad’s Car and proceeded to hit my Buddy’s 56 Nomad Head On.
There were three people in the Car he hit, two guys and one girl, the Girlfriend of the Driver. I knew these three people since third Grade, and one of them was a close Friend who lived down the Street from me.
The only person to blame was the Delinquent 12 Year Old. They didn’t blame the Car he was driving or his Father for not locking up the Keys. I can’t remember if he survived the crash. It was a heinous accident scene. We were dumbfounded when we saw the pictures.
None of us “survivors” killed ourselves. We gave a standing ovation to the Girl who survived at our Graduation Ceremony as the limped across the Stage on Crutches.
I truly believe that all the “new age feelings” stuff is the cause of many of the suicides among our military. My son is Air Guard. There is danger of course but they are not out there breaking doors down in hostile villages. How some ever, before they deploy they AND the families get all kinds of clap trap. The last time they deployed (Mideast but not hot zone). It was awful. We were sitting around a table waiting for the buses to come. This lady shrink was going to each family table and handing out cards with a row of faces from sad to smiley. When she found out I was mom she said I should monitor him for changes when he got back. I told her he is an asshole now and he’ll be an asshole when he gets back. Heifer skedaddled. Son said “Damn mom, now I am on another list”.
