New School Textbook Says President Donald Trump Is “Racist” and Worse…
High School Students in Liberal States could soon be assigned a Left Biased History Book. The textbook is put out by Pearson Education and is titled, “By the People: A History of the United States.”
The Book slanders Trump and anyone that followed Trump. If that were not enough it pits police officers against black folks. The textbook is meant for AP students meaning the writer intends to go after the more knowledgeable students with his propaganda.
“The final section of the book, titled, “The Angry Election of 2016” is especially critical of the president.
“Most thought that Trump was too extreme a candidate to win the nomination, but his extremism, his anti-establishment rhetoric, and, some said, his not very hidden racism connected with a significant number of primary voters,” the author wrote.”
Another section reads:
“Trump’s supporters saw the vote as a victory for people who, like themselves, had been forgotten in a fast-changing America–a mostly older, often rural or suburban, and overwhelmingly white group. Clinton’s supporters feared that the election had been determined by people who were afraid of a rapidly developing ethnic diversity of the country, discomfort with their candidate’s gender, and nostalgia for an earlier time in the nation’s history. They also worried about the mental stability of the president elect and the anger that he and his supporters brought to the nation.”
“Tarra Snyder, a student at Rosemount High School in Minnesota, who saw a copy of the book sent to her school, told Fox News she was “appalled” after seeing how “blatantly biased” the newest edition of “By the People: A History of the United States” was toward Trump and his voters. She said it also glossed over all issues then-Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton faced during her campaign.
“There are specific parts where it goes off the rails from a historical textbook toward an op-ed,” Snyder said.
“It was really, really surprising to me,” she said. “I really believe that learning should be objective and that students can make their own decisions based on what they’re able to learn in a classroom, and if the facts are skewed then students aren’t able to make well-rounded decisions on what they believe.”
The book also covers Black Lives Matter and The Fergusen Riots.
“In a section titled “Black Lives Matter,” Fraser wrote that after the shooting of Michael Brown, Brown’s “parents were kept away at gunpoint.” He paints a negative view of police while glossing over violent tactics carried out by some rioters, critics say.
“The nearly all-white police force was seen as an occupying army in the mostly African American town…the police increased the tensions, defacing memorials set up for Brown and using rubber bullets on demonstrators,” he wrote.”
This Liberal Indoctrination is unacceptable. High School students should at least be able to take comfort that their school books are unbiased. Watch out as I am sure true blue states like California will be buying this book in bulk. Poor kids don’t stand a chance against the abundance of Leftist propaganda.

Seems like a good defamation lawsuit for the President after his second term.
This is going to be SOP in the future for any Republican President who doesn’t let the MSM-Democrats use him for a doormat, or openly carry their water against the wishes of the voters.

Pearson Education, the publisher of this crap, is a UK company IIRC.
Pearson of course is a big Brit publisher.
Not much out there on the author, he is a NYU prof but the web is surprisingly wiped of much other info on him.

How about telling about his real birthplace & the fact that he was NEVER eligible to be President——NO matter WHERE he was born???
I’m going to ask our mayor and school board to allow me to review any proposed textbooks for our schools, with an eye to outing this kind of all-out assault on truth. When they say no, it will be the basis for my next editorial submission. Public attention must be brought to these issues.
