Here’s the ‘Whistleblower’ … This Charade MUST STOP NOW!

Are you sitting down?

RealClearInvestigations reporter Paul Sperry has put a name to the “whistleblower” whose complaint about the President’s phone call with Ukrainian President Zelensky touched off the closed-door impeachment “inquiry” currently going on behind closed doors. His identity apparently had been an open secret around Washington but hadn’t been revealed to the general public. Oh, and if this is the person, then we also know the name of his former boss:

John Brennan. The guy worked for the CIA. In fact, he’s still there.

Meet Eric Ciaramella

When you read more about him, you’ll understand completely why Adam Schiff was NEVER going to let this person testify — certainly never answer Republicans’ questions. It would completely demolish the basis for the Intel Committee’s secret “inquiry.” He is 33-year-old Eric Ciaramella, a registered Democrat held over from the Obama White House who has worked previously for both Brennan and …(drum roll, please) … Joe Biden. Brennan, as we know, loathes Trump and helped start the FBI’s “Trump/Russia” probe while Trump was running for President. And Biden was “overseeing” Ukraine when corrupt officials there were apparently providing information against Trump for the Steele “dossier.”

In mid-2017, Ciaramella was accused of leaking negative information about new President Trump and left his National Security Council post in the White House West Wing. He now works at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

It gets worse: according to Sperry, Ciaramella “huddled for guidance” with Schiff staffers, including other Obama holdovers whom Schiff’s office had recently recruited from the NSC.

Connected to Bogus Steele Dossier

AND … he worked with Alexandra Chalupa, the Ukrainian-born DNC operative whose job was to dig up dirt on Trump. He knew her and invited her to the White House for meetings. There’s even a record of her visiting the White House as part of a group of Ukrainian officials lobbying the Obama administration for aid to Ukraine. We know now that she was the DNC contact in Ukraine tasked with receiving information beneficial to Hillary.

AND … as a CIA officer specializing in Russia and Ukraine, he was sent by the agency (reportedly by Brennan) to the NSC in 2015 to work with … (another drum roll, please) … Susan Rice, then Obama’s national security adviser. He also worked “closely” with then-Vice President Biden. According to federal records, this relatively low-level GS-13 federal employee was invited by Biden to an October 2016 state luncheon was also attended by Brennan, James Comey and James Clapper. This would be a sign he was unusually well connected inside the Obama White House.

Everyone Knows Who He Is

Fred Fleitz, a CIA analyst and national security adviser to Trump, said “Everyone [in Washington] knows who he is. CNN knows. The Washington Post knows. The New York Times knows. Even the President knows who he is.” Yet because of legal “whistleblower” protections, his anonymity was officially being preserved. And Adam Schiff’s committee was just going on its merry way, with Schiff being unbelievably compromised. He should close up shop and send everybody home — NOW.

Recall that Schiff lied outrageously about the “whistleblower,” denying any contact with this individual. We know now that this person is a former colleague of members of Schiff’s congressional staff. What we need at this point are all the details of that contact: where, when, with whom, what was said, how he came to be with the anti-Trump attorneys at Whistleblower Aid.

According to Sperry, “RealClearInvestigations is disclosing the name because of the public’s interest in learning details of an effort to remove a sitting President from office.” And whistleblower protections might not apply because, as even the IG has said, his status is “complicated” by the fact that his accusations were hearsay and he has “some indicia of an arguable political bias…in favor of a rival political candidate.” In other words, our suspicions that the “whistleblower” wasn’t really a whistleblower but, rather, a leaker are supported by the facts.  Let’s hope the IG has connected the various dots.

Yet the Star Chamber Rolls On

This revelation comes the night before Speaker Nancy Pelosi has scheduled a vote to approve the “rules” (ha) for Schiff’s committee to proceed with his ongoing secret “inquiry” that isn’t an inquiry. The rules are a joke; they let Schiff run the hearings like a dictator and refuse President Trump the due process rights that were afforded Nixon and Clinton. Example: Republicans can now subpoena witnesses … IF those witnesses are approved by Schiff.

The Democrats (and some Republican anti-Trumpers; you know who you are) want to take down Trump, and they don’t care how they do it. They’ll destroy the office of President if they have to. They’ll use phony, set-up garbage like this if they have to. This charade has to stop NOW.

It is interesting that the Democrats took their vote on Halloween. Halloween has been compared to the feast of Esther in some ways. Have you thought about how similar Adam Schiff is to Haman? Also, the Torah portion this week is Noach, which is Genesis 6:9-11:32. Remember “Noah, the man of the earth, drank of the wine, became drunk, and uncovered himself within his tent. Ham, the father of Canaan, saw his father’s nakedness and told his two brothers outside.” (Genesis 9:20-22).

The Democrats in the US House are drunk with power, and they are exposing themselves.  Noah was castrated by Ham, so the significance that Noah’s nakedness was exposed and his future progeny was determined after he was exposed by eliminating any considerations for future additonal siblings.  The fact that it occurred on Halloween, which has been compared with Esther, is another point of interest.  The whole story of Esther is palace intrigue, where the Jewish People were to be murdered because of taking advantage of drunken power.  It boomeranged on Haman, who was killed and left with a negative legacy that will last for.

Adam Schiff, Haman? And what happened to Haman?

I would love it if One America News would just officially name Eric Cinderella as the whistle leaker, citing his bias and coordination with Congress in violation of true whistleblower rules as disqualifications for anonymity protections.

What is Schiff going to due? Spank them?

This matter has moved far, far beyond questions of “legal authority”.

Congress has legal authority to remove the President under certain circumstances.

When they remove THIS President, it will be most unclear whether or not those circumstances have been proven or even alleged in a coherent way.

This will cause dissension among the men with the guns, and then, who knows what happens.

Why is this guy still on the government payroll? Trump shoulda had him fired.

Same with Pompey... he has leakers and all sorts of slime in the State Department, but does nothing about them

Did you ever wonder why the laws against pornography and libel survived the ratification of the First Amendment? Antonin Scalia explained.

As Freepers generally know, ratification of the Constitution was a close-run thing. The opposition of the Antifederalists focused on the absence from the document of a bill of rights. So as a price of getting the Constitution itself ratified, the Federalists promised what became the first ten amendments, which we know of as the Bill of Rights.

The Federalists were on their mettle to compose a bill of rights which

  1. would satisfy the demands of the Antifederalists,
  2. would satisfy their own objections that listing some rights would inevitably leave other rights unmentioned and, in principle, denigrated. And,
  3. would actually be ratified. The Federalists couldn’t afford to be seen to be putting poison pills in the proposed amendments which would prevent the actual adoption of the amendments.
So the Bill of Rights contains eight Amendments stipulation rights which were noncontroversial, and which very little opposition could be raised against them. The listed (“enumerated”) rights refer to the kinds of abuses historical tyrants had committed. That still left all manner of traditional rights - like raising your own children, etc - which were not enumerated. Those, the Federalists covered by
Amendment 9
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment 10
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The right to sue for libel is an unenumerated right. And the right to prosecute pornography is, as well.

If 1A has simply said, “freedom of the press,” that would be the meaning that people ignorantly assume. But instead 1A refers to the freedom of the press - that is, freedom of the press within understood limits recognized before the adoption of the Constitution. Scalia explains

But in Times v. Sullivan, Scalia said the Supreme Court, under Justice Earl Warren, “… simply decided, ‘Yes, it used to be that … George Washington could sue somebody that libeled him, but we don’t think that’s a good idea anymore.’”
