The happiest news to emerge in recent coronavirus weeks come courtesy of videos from online news sources showing the good citizens of Michigan, fed up with their tyrannical governor, taking to the streets in mass — and maskless! — to demand an end to the tyranny.
The saddest news? The realization that it took so long for these types of protests to occur.
And for reason for that, we can turn to the Declaration of Independence.

You've nailed it! This is what is most unexpected and, quite frankly, disappointing to me. I suppose "Better Safe Than Sorry" is truly our new national motto ... or, as Hannity so very, very, very often puts it, this is "America's 'new normal'" we must accept ... UGH! ... No, make that YIKES!!
Not sad at all, as the article itself explains: civil disobedience should only occur after prudent consideration of the situation. Three weeks ago it wasn't obvious whether ending the lockdown would be premature or not; today, for most of the country outside of big cities, it would not be premature, and states one by one are figuring that out, while redress of grievances is occurring in others.
Perhaps because the gubmint is giving them $600/week to sit at home?
We have younger relatives in their 40-50’s, who might have gotten a couple of traffic tickets in their lives.
They are about ready to go protest at their governor’s mansions/offices and even get arrested.
Maybe some are just holding back. Here at my house we want to open now but we worry about some of the older folks.
The country cannot continue this way.

If that had of been today maybe the guys could have come back from the war 20-30,000 deaths earlier if the DC doctors had of been running things then.
Another possibility is that Coronavirus can end civil disobedience.
In my non-expert opinion, I’m looking forward to COVID-19, along with lockdown, disappearing with warmer weather like flu does.

I keep saying that this is false flag event and nothing more than the flu, but there are an abundance of FReepers and moderators that desperately want it to be true. Never before in my lifetime have I seen so many bedwetting pansies and amateur medical experts who rail against authority and conspiracy yet have become the very same thing they rail against. Appears to me that they have watched too many episodes of the Walking Dead. They want this to be real and look for reasons to justify their fears rather than examine the evidence that contradicts this idiocy.
This is the greatest con job ever perpetrated upon humanity and it breaks my heart to be witness to it, but that is indeed the fact of the matter.

9/11 didn’t cure PC “cultural” stupidity.
It briefly stopped talk of illegal immigrants’ amnesty, and lots of knee-jerk reaction included liberals in denouncing Islam.
But quickly we went back to worrying that Moslems would be “hurt” by our accusations never mind “attacks”.
So, amnesty moved forward and Moslems PROLIFERATED EVERYWHERE. My liberal home never even saw any; now we have mosques and you can’t go anywhere w/o seeing damn hijabs.
