Thanks to Governor Cuomo, in new York the issue is more like organ harvesting.
Now we see why the Democrat governors of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and California sent infected people into nursing homes to kill the vulnerable elderly — to ensure that those vulnerable elderly vote Democrat.

Yes. My mother (98 yr) received a ballot, as did all residents of CA. She’s in a fairly high end “rest home”. She has dementia. Her ballot, along with others there with similar conditions, had a “meeting” with one of the staff at the facility who “explained” the ballot and “helped” my mother and others filling it out.
I asked the staff member who conducted the meeting who my mother voted for, and was told “the Biden ticket”, which is what “most” of the other residents “chose”.
I saw my mother yesterday. She did not remember voting, but said she plans to vote on election day, as she always has. She told me she intends to vote Republican, as she always has. I didn’t have the heart to tell she she has already “voted”.
I was told all this by the staff member who actually conducted the meeting, and “helped” the residents vote. She said she did so to “let the residents’ voices be heard”.
This is a pathetic farce of an election.

My mom worked in a rest home for years before she retireed.
She said it is common every election for the staff to “help” the residents.
Start by complaining to the Board which runs the facility. The trouble is that she still lives there and cannot live on her own.
Beyond that, I don’t know yet.
My guess is that there are about 25 residents in the assisted living unit where my mother resides. Apparently, “the Biden ticket” got their votes, too.
We ALL aren’t mean. Humble gunner is notorious.

I'm not a lawyer, but it seems like this threat of nursing home ballot harvesting should be an easy fix if the residents have family members holding powers of attorney. Collect as much information as you can, report the incidents to the local election boards and contact whatever voting integrity or media resources that you can find to bring some sunshine onto specific incidents.
If this is a source of widespread fraud, reports will have to be lodged in official channels and paper trails created. Those paper trails and complaints will be important later if the elections need to be contested. Family members might be powerless to keep vote harvesters from showing up, but they don't have to stay silent while watching them steal elections.
