Here we are a week after the 2020 election, and virtually every day that passes yields evidence of potential new incidents of voter fraud; not by sinister actors from a foreign power, but by fellow Americans.
Remarkably, those same mainstream media personalities, and those same establishment bigwigs, seem not to have the slightest interest in even broaching the issue. And if they do happen to mention voter fraud, it’s brought up not as a serious matter, but only as an example of President Trump being a sore loser.
Therefore, a question: Wouldn’t election-related shenanigans by fellow American citizens, if true, be much more egregious than those by foreign players?

When it means that you can seize control of nuclear weapons by election fraud, then by all means...severe penalties.

I strongly suspect there are already laws against voter fraud, but these laws are either ignored or being selectively enforced. Same as BLMs always getting the charges dropped in some states.

They did. They added hanging, firing squad, and electrocution as choices for execution this past month.
Public hanging, no less, for ANYONE who does it.

Cities like Detroit, Philadelphia and a few others have institutionalized Voter Fraud that has been operating penalty free for decades. As long as the Incumbent Dems keep reelecting themselves, it will continue penalty free.

I would be happy it the existing laws were enforced. Dems have been cheating for years, and nothing has happened.
The penalty already exists. Election tampering is a treasonous and seditious act. I believe the penalty is “Hanged by the neck until dead”.
The penalty’s usage should be a public event, broadcast on every OTA channel. Live.
This is sort of like closing the barn door after the animals have run off.

No. It’s Time To Dramatically Increase the analysis of voter registration rolls and voter history files to detect if a voter illegally voted.
The States can raise the penalty for election fraud to a million dollars and 100 years in jail and that will do nothing if the States are not checking to be sure the people who registered and voted were legally able to do so.
10 years jail time per fraudulent vote with them being served sequentially sounds about right to me. I would like to see some folks facing possible 1,000 year or more jail terms. That should get them to turn state’s evidence and settle for a 10 to 20 year sentence (a little on the light side, but we don’t seem to do executions anymore).
By hanging.
