Yes, it is! There is a great book written several years ago called Albion’s Seed written by a professor at Brandies (http://bit.ly/2Ir3J3M). In that book, the author describes how this country was settled by groups from different parts of England. The settlement areas in this country were the northeast, PA (Quackers), Appalachia and Tidewater (VA/south).
They all brought with them their lifestyles, beliefs, and “folkways.” They often fought and disagreed with one another in England and they did the exact same when they came here.
There is nothing new under the sun.

No. Complicating secession is what will cause a war. If entire states reach an agreement then no war is necessary. You have it 180 degress bass ackwards.

In modern life, we can prevent CW2 by pushing Sanctuaries for conservative values. Liberals already set the precedent with cities and states where cops were punished for cooperating with border patrol. Create Sanctuaries for freedom of speech or more Second Amendment sanctuaries, and arrest liberal fascists who attempt to violate our rights.
