Well, he’s regarded as a terrific litigator. Thus, Lin Wood knows that he’s opening himself up to being sued for defamation.
But, Mr. Wood doesn’t seem worried at all.
A thoughtful, rational person would wonder why ?
Nobody can stop Lin Wood unless 1st Amendment is repealed first.
Let’s simply take a wait for further developments attitude, like Red State & so many GOPe have decided to take about the election fraud. There is so much at steak, we can not act too rashly, especially Putin himself said America was run by Satanists.
Lots of Lin Wood admirers here at FR. They are ignorant about what a phoney and nut case that he is, but they have bought into his line of BS. He has hurt Trump and continues to do so.

This is still a semi-free country with a 1st amendment.
If what he says is actually crazy and undoubtedly damaging to those he is calling out, they should utilize the courts & sue for defamation. They either have a case or they do not.
Of course a defamation case offers the defendant an affirmative defense and opens the plaintiff up to full discovery.
So.... lots of talk about crazy, no suites....interesting....
I’m wondering why it’s anybody’s business what he posts and why anybody thinks they have the right to police his speech to start with.
I suspect that in less than two weeks we will know if Lin has been playing alone with loose marbles or has been on the chess team of a master 3d chess player.
I think everybody paying attention the past few decades knows much of what Wood is saying about the blackmail is true. They have killed many people investigating it. There’s been evidence ignored and covered up.
I just hope he actually releases the proof and politicians and other elite go to prison or even better.
It’s not it will stop it, but maybe we can slow this down and save some lives and some more a decent burial.
He can say whatever he wants. He is a free man and I am sure he knows all about liable.
Believe him or don’t. It is up to a person top make their own decision.
He is careful how he says things, no matter what he says no one can legally censoring him.
Woods s BEGGING for a lawsuit AND discovery along with that, YET no one is biting WHY is NO ONE biting???
