I watched the first season of that show when it first aired on ABC. I turned it off in the beginning of the second season, because the episodes were starting to use current event stories as part of their scripts. Same reason I stopped watching Blue Bloods about 3 years ago. I got tired of seeing recent news stories being acted out in the scripts. I don't watch any news channels, haven't in years, not even Fox News, so why would I want to watch replays of current news stories in a TV drama series?

They ordered the capitol police to refuse help from multiple fed leos that inquired if they wanted more officers there.
