The just released Interior Department Inspector General fact check about the events at Lafayette Park in 2020 involving President Donald Trump provided a brutal fact check to the TDS reactions to that incident by Erin Burnett and Don Lemon. As you can see in this video, even CBS Evening News reported "vindication for the Trump administration."

Do we see a pattern here? First Trump is considered a monster or a criminal for what he says or does. Then later, OOOOPS! It turns out that Trump was... RIGHT! Not only on Lafayette Park but also on Wuhan lab leak and many other things such as NO Trump-Russia collusion. Oh, and what happened to the Trump tax returns that were supposed to nail him? That seems to have faded away.

Eventually, Trump will be seen as a Galileo figure. He tells the world that the earth moves around the sun, and the world pillories him for it. Eventually, Galileo recanted, but he did mumble “It moves”. Trump, on the other hand, knows he is right and is not recanting.
